The help is friendly the food was hot and fresh there just went under remodel looks nice store all ways clean but if you go inside you have to order from a kiosk machine don't go early morning because the drive back up and you have to park by staples or home depot and walk over because parking is not enoughspots at that dunkin and the rest of the stores

I went to this Dunkin and arrived about 25 minutes before closing and we went through the drive thru which shows it closes at 8pm. We saw that there were employees on their phones with headphones not wanting to assist. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt hoping that they couldn’t hear us. When we walked up to the door, which was already locked, at 7:40 (20 min before closing) and there was a black male wearing a headset with a board he was writing on taking count of something and another male who was on his phone also wearing the headset. He refused to open the door for us even when we asked if we could just speak to him. Mind you, we are three girls who aren’t a threat to these two males and there was no rowdy ness or reason for them not to open for us. He said he wouldn’t let us in because he had already mopped (but the chairs weren’t up). In response we told him we were in the drive thru and he kept yelling that they’re closed. All of this while the other male was laughing in the back. I’m going to include a photo of the location with timestamps.

Walked in to get a glazed donut for my son. Nobody asked me what I wanted to order. After 5 minutes of being ignored, I had to place the order using the screen. Even after they saw me placing the order on there, nobody asked if I needed help. Once the order was placed, I still had to wait for someone to “fulfill” the order. Could be done in 1 minute, it took me a good 5. Mind-blowing.

I was there and order a croissant and a HOT latte and they gave me this and a cold latte, then I asked them to change it because it was burned and my order was wrong, then the lady named Brianna throw the bag to the table aggressively when she gave me the replacement, if they don’t want to work why are they working there??? She was extremely rude and with such a bad attitude.

This is by far the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve ever visited. The employee at the drive-thru, Briana (heavy-set, white, with long nails), was extremely rude and unprofessional. We waited at the drive-thru without any acknowledgment, and when we pulled up to the window, she rudely asked, “What do you want!!?” After a long wait, she handed us the coffee and slammed the window shut. The lack of customer service was shocking, and we left feeling uncomfortable, even questioning if we should drink the coffee. We won’t be returning, and I strongly recommend management to address this behavior and improve their training process. Absolutely disgusting!
Dunkin is Dunkin. What else can you say. But when I went inside to order, they were really nice and helpful. I didn't have to wait long, and all of the donuts were seemingly fresh. I'll definitely come back if I'm in the area.
