I was in today around twelve p m. The employees were poking fun at some of the customers. Very rude employees, need to be trained or fired.

Very friendly and sweet staff’s. Love the sweet kind notes. Sharnene Barthelus is so sweet, located on gateway. She always smiles and so professional. Everyone is absolutely amazing. My favorite location on gateway.

Do you close at 9pm on Thursdays? I'm actually confused, as I come to this JM location often, but usually during the daytime. Yesterday (5/22) I worked a 13 hour nursing shift at St. Mary's, and was too exhausted to cook dinner, so I stopped at the Woolbright JM for a couple of subs for me and my partner on my way home. This was at 8:40pm. The staff on was so unfriendly, not only to me but also to the customer who was ahead of me in line. I get if you're tired, and you're trying to clean up and get out of there for the night...but don't you dare be rude to customers, some of whom probably worked harder than you that day. I spent $48.69--for two subs--and then tipped $10 on top of that, figuring maybe that would soften the fact that I came in close to closing. (Mind you, I was out of there before 9pm) Nope. Not even a thank you. The woman who cooked my sub and brought it to me was rude, and the guy at the counter was rude. Like I'm the enemy or something? Charleys is right next door, and Wawa is right across the street. You might want to hone customer service skills, because there are other options in the area.

Not really a sub. Bread was not hero quality More of a sandwich. Rude staff except for the girl working the register. Major attitude from the girl adding the add ons. No idea of customer service. Phone call was inaudible. You only get one chance at a first impression. I was trying find something new. No management. I’m used to a good New York hero.

I'd love to give them 5 stars but not this time.
I'm here right now visiting this location before a meeting. Had a roast beef Sub.
The staff seems caring which is great, but hygiene is my concern. Erik was preparing my sub. He didn't seem to hear what I was saying re what to add on it which is odd as I'm a public speaker and everyone understands what I say.
Mostly the concern is that he was already wearing the gloves but touched his nose while working on my sub. I saw another staff member doing it again just moments ago.
This makes me feel concerned about hygiene. Hope they improve on this.

I only write 1's and 5's. 1 is a warning to the public and 5 is I have the experience/done my research save your time go here . Google begs me to be a tourist guide. Nope. Great news, not all chain restaurants are the same. THIS location is superior because one of the partners is always there. I lived in Philly so i KNOW cheesesteaks. I was super impressed because they do a different version of it. They mix the onions, peppers and cheese with the meat , outrageously de-lish , and we were only sorry that we didn't buy the double size!! I got the Parmesan bread, de-lish doesn't describe it. We had our rolls canoed (they scoop out the inside of the roll and the meat concoction taste was so good because there's less bread and more meat etc. We got their chocolate chip cookie which is warm, freshly made and a lot of chocolate chips.
Now that I wrote this I'm going back !!
