We ordered two subs, one they got completely wrong and the other one had very little meat! (See picture, that sub is a club) And for 40 bucks this is a rip off! When I called and asked about why one sandwich was wrong the person said sometimes the app gets the sandwiches wrong..... Jersey mikes has fallen off so much I will not be eating at any of their places.

This is the All time best Jersey Mike’s in South Florida I don't care what anybody says. All the staff are so friendly, nice and helpful. The manager always greets me with a contagious smile and connects with me on a personal level. Always asking customers how their day is going and really just going above and beyond. I literally drive out of my way whenever I'm not at work and want jersey mikes to come to this location. And I live in lake worth so that should say quite a lot. Not only is the service amazing, my sandwiches always come out perfect. Either hot or cold I know my meal is going to be delicious! Thank you to this jersey mikes team for always giving me a 10/10 experience!

I regret to post this but I’ve been feeling sick hours after eating the portabello sub. It tasted kind of “off” but I was very hungry at lunchtime so I ate the whole thing. Maybe the mushrooms were old? I don’t know. This is the only sub I ever order from here and I’ve had it about 15 times. Sometimes it’s a hit, sometimes it taste funny like the portabello isn’t fresh. All I know is that I won’t take any more chances. I've been having severe stomach cramping, vomiting, and going to the bathroom for the last hour. The service is wonderful though. Workers are very nice. Just please make sure the portabello is fresh.

Hated to post this review because normally the service is good. Today the young girl that waited on me, I think got upset after I requested for her to change her gloves because she was preparing to make my sub with dirty gloves. After I mentioned it to her, she got a pair of purple gloves which I have never seen any of the workers use before. Anyway she prepared my sub with old bread and a sub which I didn't even order. After getting home and noticing this sub, i called back and spoke with the mgr on duty which he said his name was Rick. Rick was very professional about my complaint and apologized. I pray the young lady never have to experience what she put me through.

Excellent place for lunch or whenever you are hungry. Personable staff with excellent service and great food!

Wish there was little more meat on that philly steak sub or menu option to add extra. Feels like mostly bread.And why is it payment screen asking for tip before "experiance" lol.
