I ordered Doordash. Somebody working at that store is mental and should have it brought to his/her attention. The person did not put the hamburger in my Happy Meal! Who does that? I ordered another Cheeseburger. He or she had the nerve to put it in the Happy Meal box. Also left out my extra apple slices. HEADS UP: not your job to have personal feelings and opinions about the orders you get! It's your job to fulfill the order correctly! I wasn't feeding a child, but what if I had been!? No hamburger for that child! Really this is lawsuit material. Crazy the stuff that people do these days! If you have mental and emotional problems, go work at Goodwill, not McDonald's where you are handling people's food! This isn't McDonald's fault or Doordash's fault! This is that individual's fault who needs to be told about it! Probably from NJ!

I'm not a fast food person , but once in a blue moon....buy one quarter pounder with cheese, get another for a buck .....what's not to love . Drive thru was fast,, little wait around 11am

I have never had more offensive service at any establishment in my life as I just had. This girl with braids, a hoodie that said '23 senior (obviously her school hoodie) and zero McDonald's attire on, aside from a blank visor, somehow managed to take my order without looking at me, or speaking nearly a single word. No please, no thank you, no order total, just stood there staring at the floor/screen. I asked how are you and she just said nothing. I placed my order and she said "size" I replied "medium" she said "that's all". These weren't questions. She just muttered those words and those were the only two words this little monster of an employee could say. I worked at McDonald's 20 years ago and I've been coming to this location for 4 years. Fire this despicable excuse for an employee. She was disrespectful. No greeting, and then when my order was placed she just turned and walked away. When my food was ready she tossed it on the counter and walked away. She didn't call me to tell me that my food was ready or anything at all. I had to go up and check the order to see if the number and ingredients matched. I said thank you at every interaction and got nothing in return. This is disgusting behavior and would've gotten any employee fired when I worked for McDs. Then as I'm eating my food, what appears to be the manager walks through the dining area having a loud speakerphone conversation in creole and also zero greeting as she walked by me. Just a blank stare. I'm shocked and disgusted. I almost exclusively give 5 star reviews, or no review at all. It's so easy to get 5 stars from me, and I wish I could give zero stars in this case. They only get 1 star because it's the lowest possible option. This is my receipt attached so you can find the ?️ employee who's responsible for losing a 4 year customer to this location

McDonalds probably makes just as much money charging people but not including. 10:25pm on 09/15 drive through. Ordered Delux Double quarter pounder meal, plus 2 large fries and another Diet Coke.
