Customers appreciate the inviting aroma of cookies just out of the oven, making it a place where you can enjoy a homemade feel with favorites like the pink frosted cookie. The staff, especially the manager, are friendly and welcoming, often greeting customers with a smile and personalized service, including bringing cookies to the car or assisting with pick-up orders through an easy rewards app. The employees are personable, patient, and informative, creating a warm, positive atmosphere.
