Went through the drive through which was pretty empty. Gave my order and was rushed through the process. Was never asked if I wanted any sauce packets and basically just shoved my order through the window. Went inside to ask for sauces and was just handed a handful of random sauces by the manager who proceeded to walk away. Mostly young staff. Also when I went inside most of their employees where just playing on their phones. Worst experience at this particular McDonald's i have ever had

Worst McDonald is America. Its close to my house and against better judgement continue to go. This morning is the last time I will ever go. Waited at drive tru for 10 min until someone answered drive thru window. There was a coffee from a previous order and she began to tell me the total. I said I didn't order and she said im not talking to you, did you order, no then Im not talking to you! What kind of crap is this and not the 1st time to have rude service. When I say everytime, I mean literally EVERYTIME they mess up the order and to top off with rude customer service. I'm done with this location for good.

Used to be one of my favorite stores. I went in tonight to use the restroom and get food. Sink not working so can't wash your hands in the mens room if someone using the staff. I guess the staff don't wash their hands. Gross. I washed in the ladies room and left without food. Get it together mcdonalds.
Came back and the bathroom is still wild. Fix the sink and soap containers in the mens room please. It's gross people just don't wash their hands.

The usual Mcdonald's quality food here, however, the staff are quite fantastic actually. They're very attentive, hardworking, and friendly. I'll admit I'm a regular lol.

Yâall really starting to agitate me with the false advertisement or pure laziness , this is the most depressing sandwich I ever had, it couldnât scream âI hate my jobâ louder then whoever assembled this disgraceful sandwhich, could verbally scream it. I get it , McDonaldâs right fast food low quality but I work hard for my money and when Iâm spending it I want to get what Iâm ORDERING like the menu shows spicy delux with some leaf GREEN lettuce AND NICE FRESH TOMATO..
I still attempted to eat this sandwich to find long tendon inside of it and in another picture it looks basically pink and has a weird texture. I will not be going back to this McDonaldâs I end up sick from taking a bite of the sandwich I will be suing.

Sunday night you shorted me a tender .
Then you said wait six minutes while they cook.
Then you gave me a fry for the trouble.
Thing is the tenders were ice cold meaning frozen and then not cooked in hot oil or oil wasn't up to temp or you microwaved them frozen. Hey man I couldn't eat them . The skin was wet and just slipped off the tenders . I can't come back cause I work. So I'll go hungry now plus I'm out six bucks .
Things happen but this isn't right at all .
I've just experience the worst customer service I have ever received I'm 67 years old.
I went to this McDonald's yesterday and placed an order when I went to the drive-thru I received the wrong order. When I return to the office and discovered the mistake I immediately telephone them to see if there was a possibility to have delivery made. Of course that wasn't an option. So I spent 5 minutes explaining the situation to the person didn't answer the phone and after she couldn't understand or know what to tell me transferred me to a manager who told me that she couldn't understand and she was sounded like a Latina. She put somebody else on the phone and I explained the situation I gave him the receipt number that they had given me of the wrong order and told them what I had ordered and they found it and told me that if I came back the next day that they would give me a credit I went back today and they act like they didn't remember any of this so obviously I have thrown the food away and didn't have anything to reduce for them and rather than them give me back my $11.33 they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I had to prove that all this happened and I can tell this was the very lady that couldn't understand me in the beginning so I'm going to wait and see if I can speak to the manager or the franchise and just let him know what a disservice she's providing for his business I want to do it also do this Google review to negatively impact their business I know these negative reviews hurt them $10 a million dollar company
While on a road trip with my wife, we got hungry about 1/2 way to our destination so we decided to exit the hwy and find somewhere to eat. We came across this McDonald's so we stopped in. On the way in there was a young man cleaning the glass to the entrance door and he opened the door and welcomed and greeted us with a smile. We placed our food order at the kiosk and sat down and waited for our food to arrive, a few minutes later the nice young man (Mauricio) delivered our food to the table and stated that if we needed anything else to please let him know, I asked him for some ketchup and he right away brought it to me without any hesitation. The food has to be some of the best meals that we've had from a McDonald's. Everything was freshly made to order. When we were almost done with our meal the young man approached us and asked if there was anything else that we needed. In today's time, it is great to find some humble, hard working people that actually like and care about their job. So if you're ever in the area I suggest that you have a bite to eat at this McDonald's location, you won't be disappointed.

Itâs a good thing I like to open my food up before I start diving in, cause imagine if I was careless and started eating, I wouldâve had hair down my throat , this is absolutely DISGUSTING, yall gotta do better with the way yall handle people food! This is unacceptable and a waste of damn money! Money do not grow on trees to be wasted like this!đ¤
