I was in the mood for a fillet o fish sandwich and boy, I shouldn’t have. First off, I ordered a double, fillet fish. The sandwich came out nice and hot. Great start! But when I bit into it, like there was no taste. Not even the special tartar sauce, didn’t give it that fillet o fish taste. Very bland all around taste. I wrapped up the sandwich and saved it for an evening supper meal. Upon unwrapping the sandwich, the bun seemed not untouched. As if the bun was still fresh, but with a bitten part shown. Anyway, I took another bite of my sandwich and sure enough, something has changed in food quality.Your tastebuds don’t lie. I had the issue with a Big Mac not so long ago. Bland taste. Not even the Special sauce could help it. Something has definitely changed in the quality of food being put out.

The manager really mean all our food was cold didn’t want to replace for what we wanted eggs was not cooked Didn’t want eggs again and she wouldn’t replace for chicken.
...from a previous order which was incorrect, Lupe (Mngr on duty) took care of the mess up and made sure the order was correct. Always with a smile and great attitude. Thank you Lupe, the kids are happy!

No customer service at all!!! Not even a greeting. Girls here were horrible and even spoke something about me in Spanish thinking I wouldn’t understand. They’re lucky I was with my son that day! 20 pc nuggets and they didn’t even give me one sauce. Poor poor service

I came to the drive thru at 3.10am in the morning on 06/16. I was told they are not serving food at that moment. I placed my order online didn't get my refund yet. If the store was actually closed why was the app accepting orders? This is considered stealing. Managers please observe what the night crews are doing.

Tried to order though self serve; payment system broken so paid for the kiosk order at the till. Waited 15 mins and asked why my order wasn’t on the board. She said it’s coming. Waited another 15 mins only to find out they had run out of sausage and egg McMuffins and I got an egg McMuffin instead.
