Y’all really starting to agitate me with the false advertisement or pure laziness , this is the most depressing sandwich I ever had, it couldn’t scream “I hate my job” louder then whoever assembled this disgraceful sandwhich, could verbally scream it. I get it , McDonald’s right fast food low quality but I work hard for my money and when I’m spending it I want to get what I’m ORDERING like the menu shows spicy delux with some leaf GREEN lettuce AND NICE FRESH TOMATO..
I still attempted to eat this sandwich to find long tendon inside of it and in another picture it looks basically pink and has a weird texture. I will not be going back to this McDonald’s I end up sick from taking a bite of the sandwich I will be suing.
Sunday night you shorted me a tender .
Then you said wait six minutes while they cook.
Then you gave me a fry for the trouble.
Thing is the tenders were ice cold meaning frozen and then not cooked in hot oil or oil wasn't up to temp or you microwaved them frozen. Hey man I couldn't eat them . The skin was wet and just slipped off the tenders . I can't come back cause I work. So I'll go hungry now plus I'm out six bucks .
Things happen but this isn't right at all .
I've just experience the worst customer service I have ever received I'm 67 years old.
I went to this McDonald's yesterday and placed an order when I went to the drive-thru I received the wrong order. When I return to the office and discovered the mistake I immediately telephone them to see if there was a possibility to have delivery made. Of course that wasn't an option. So I spent 5 minutes explaining the situation to the person didn't answer the phone and after she couldn't understand or know what to tell me transferred me to a manager who told me that she couldn't understand and she was sounded like a Latina. She put somebody else on the phone and I explained the situation I gave him the receipt number that they had given me of the wrong order and told them what I had ordered and they found it and told me that if I came back the next day that they would give me a credit I went back today and they act like they didn't remember any of this so obviously I have thrown the food away and didn't have anything to reduce for them and rather than them give me back my $11.33 they wanted to argue with me and tell me that I had to prove that all this happened and I can tell this was the very lady that couldn't understand me in the beginning so I'm going to wait and see if I can speak to the manager or the franchise and just let him know what a disservice she's providing for his business I want to do it also do this Google review to negatively impact their business I know these negative reviews hurt them $10 a million dollar company
While on a road trip with my wife, we got hungry about 1/2 way to our destination so we decided to exit the hwy and find somewhere to eat. We came across this McDonald's so we stopped in. On the way in there was a young man cleaning the glass to the entrance door and he opened the door and welcomed and greeted us with a smile. We placed our food order at the kiosk and sat down and waited for our food to arrive, a few minutes later the nice young man (Mauricio) delivered our food to the table and stated that if we needed anything else to please let him know, I asked him for some ketchup and he right away brought it to me without any hesitation. The food has to be some of the best meals that we've had from a McDonald's. Everything was freshly made to order. When we were almost done with our meal the young man approached us and asked if there was anything else that we needed. In today's time, it is great to find some humble, hard working people that actually like and care about their job. So if you're ever in the area I suggest that you have a bite to eat at this McDonald's location, you won't be disappointed.

I OPENED MY SANDWICH AND SEEN A WHOLE HAIR ON THERE, LIKE ARE YALL FREAKING SERIOUS??!!! It’s a good thing I like to open my food up before I start diving in, cause imagine if I was careless and started eating, I would’ve had hair down my throat , this is absolutely DISGUSTING, yall gotta do better with the way yall handle people food! This is unacceptable and a waste of damn money! Money do not grow on trees to be wasted like this!😤
The days of customer service is gone you type or punch in what you want at a kiosk the employee brings your tray out,turns around and leaves.

Long delay
I was in the mood for a fillet o fish sandwich and boy, I shouldn’t have. First off, I ordered a double, fillet fish. The sandwich came out nice and hot. Great start! But when I bit into it, like there was no taste. Not even the special tartar sauce, didn’t give it that fillet o fish taste. Very bland all around taste. I wrapped up the sandwich and saved it for an evening supper meal. Upon unwrapping the sandwich, the bun seemed not untouched. As if the bun was still fresh, but with a bitten part shown. Anyway, I took another bite of my sandwich and sure enough, something has changed in food quality.Your tastebuds don’t lie. I had the issue with a Big Mac not so long ago. Bland taste. Not even the Special sauce could help it. Something has definitely changed in the quality of food being put out.
