Was so delighted to find this family owned business on my visit to South Florida. The staff are very helpful and extremely knowledgeable!! Such a pleasure to find this store well stocked with all the things I needed, and a few that were surprises. Nice to see this small business thriving!

I found the staff to be extremely friendly. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Will be returning in the future.
You can 90% all of the stuff that is sold there in Publix

for such a small store, they jam pack it with options for all the diet/wellness-specific things you might not find at a conventional grocery store. staff is always super nice and knowledgeable!
