There are not that many places where they make you feel like family! Karen is amazing! She is always taking care of everyone and everything. She is always cleaning and keeping the atmosphere in great shape!

Pick 2 soup/sandwich are small portions and cost 15$ way to much for getting such an insignificant amount of food. I dont see this company in business for much longer if they dont step up and give better portions.

I keep swearing off Panera and then giving it more tries when I want quick food that’s not all fried however I think I get better quality at McDonald’s than I do Panera. Today I got a salad w avocado, the avocado was mushy and brown and the lettuce was all crunchy iceberg pieces no actual lettuce. The girl at the front was sweet but I told them they were out of tea, waited 20 minutes, and it was never refilled. On top of all of that I paid $21 for the terrible you pick two… I know the soup comes in a frozen bag so no idea what ingredients that’s going towards but obviously nothing on my plate

Got there 11/30/2024, 8:30 pm after placing an app order at 8:25 pm. The staff wanted to go home so made the order to go, handed the to go bag saying "do you want to take this outside", and kept vacuuming by my table. They messed up the order as well giving an incorrect salad. They also notified me through text and app about 7 minutes before the food was actually ready, that it was ready. Maybe they are supposed to meet some type of time quota, but it was a lie. This was not the first time the order was incorrect, or missing an ingredient at this location.

They were so kind to me. I dropped my drink and they gave me a free refill. I made a mess when I spilt the drink but the manager was just so understanding. Thank you again for being so professional and giving kindness.

I used to love Panera, but now every single time I come to location next were I live(Woolbright) there is something not right. Today... No decaf late... OK, out of apples... OK and than no spoon with my order for my soup. And this place is not cheep anymore so my expectations are higher than that. Sorry Panera but I giving up on you.
