Red Lobster

My fiancé ordered a martini and the drink that she ordered came out in a custom manner not the way it was shown on the menu, but the Manager came to our table and corrected the order. I am a manager at a restaurant and due to that situation, the drink should have been on the house to make a long story short it should have been Chile around the rim instead they bought out sugar around the rim and originally was told they were out of chile well come to find out they wasn’t so I give the service three stars. I will go to a different red lobster’s only because theres more in the area and the manager should’ve handled that situation a little better.

Sami took care of us last week—absolutely incredible, truly top-notch service. We eat out all the time, all over the place, and let me tell you, this was the best we’ve experienced anywhere. She was friendly, very fast, just fantastic—really knew what she was doing. Took amazing care of us, like you wouldn’t believe. Sami is a tremendous employee, really tremendous, and you’re very lucky to have her. Believe me.

You didn’t need any season on the food very good

Veronica was one of the best servers we've had in a VERY long time! She was energetic, accurate and patient. The restaurant manager Demetrius came out several times to interact with all of the patrons, which was very good to see. Employees like these (as well as the improved menu and tasty food) will hopefully bring this Red Lobster back to a time when there was at least a 30 minute wait to be seated!

We had an amazing experience with Gaelle. She was kind, attentive and considerate. We had a party of 6 and ahe made sure we enjoyed every moment. We left full as ticks. Thank you for you notch service. We'll ask for you next time.

Our server Messiah was so helpful with helping us pick out exactly what we wanted based on our desires . Messiah has very nice , informative and has genuine energy . Highly recommend her as ur server !! 10/10 ✨ Recommend the crab legs also 😊
