Red Lobster

Our first server was ending her shift and you can tell. She ended up passing us to Nora and her up beat spirit turned the night around. Now, we were having an enjoyable dinner. She checked up on us, just enough times, and gladly got us anything we needed. I will definitely be back and will ask for Nora. At least I'll know that I have a friendly experience. As for the food, the coconut shrimp was cooked perfectly. I had the seafood boil with the Cajun butter, old bay and Parmesan, and added sausage. No spice added, but the sausage added a perfect kick. Lobster and shrimp was not overcooked and potatoes were nice and soft. I was a skeptic but they are 5 minutes from my house, so I'll be a regular.

Our server was wonderful, as was the hostess who seated us. The food was good but a little expensive for the quality. Wasn't very busy so can't really comment on the noise. All in all, dinner was as expected.

Same as it always was with seafood prepared many different ways. The cheddar bay biscuits are always the star of the show. Despite turmoil within the company's history, food was consistent and comforting. The price was similar too.

If I could give zero stars I would! My in laws had a horrible experience. Save yourself the time and money from going to this hellhole of a restaurant, it is not worth it! Manager was disrespectful, and the waitress was complete klutz and spilled lemons all over my father in law and didn’t even clean it up! Absolutely disrespectful and disgusting of an establishment—AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

You’ve been warned! Waitress was horrible, manager didn’t even know their own sauces for shrimp! Barely any shrimp! They made us wait an hour and a half for the food…. The food was waiting so my burger was cold af! NOW LISTEN! THE FISH AND CHIPS WERE RUBBER! I couldn’t even eat this! The manager doesn’t know anything. Waitress spilt lemons on me and didn’t even clean up…. The waitress told me to go to LAKE WORTH… why would you send me to another location for better service! PRAY FOR YOUR SOUL IF YOU GO HERE! THERE’S MORE I CANT EVEN TYPE. Calling corporate! There’s nobody here eating for a good damn reason! They didn’t even have the biscuits ready. Got it 45 minutes in and then offered a2nd batch and had to wait 30 extra minutes cause they’re not done. ALSO SHE GAVE ME A DAY OLD SAUCE AND IT WASNT EVEN THE SAUCE! ‼️‼️‼️

Vegetarian options: Run away please there’s salads but run away the sauces are old.

I’m sitting in the parking lot to type this while my family eats their food. I got to this location well over an hour ago. It took about 10 minutes for our soft drinks to come out, then the two people that ordered soup got their soups 15 minutes apart. In between the two soups our child’s food came. Finally after being sat for over and hour I asked for a manager to come to our table. While waiting 5 minutes for him, our food started coming out. Obviously it was coming out wrong because an hour wasn’t enough time to read the ticket. As it’s coming out wrong in front of the manager, he is being the rudest human I’ve ever spoken to. No apology for the wait or any care in his voice at all. He mostly was confused about what I was complaining about. When my correct food came out he stood there and just looked at me while I was looking at my burnt, dry bread laying flat and open on the plate, topped with dry lobster that was supposed to be my lobster roll he had the nerve to ask me if I was going to eat my food or if I just needed a to go box since I was just looking at it. That’s when I placed my two plates (wrong food and correct food) to the side and said please take these off I am good. I grabbed my bag and left while my family eats. Restaurant was empty when we got here, half full by the time I walked out.

Waitress was great. Hostess seated 2 parties without reservations before us. We had 2 wait a short while for an available table.

I ordered the shrimp combo, adding a ceaser salad. The ceaser salad was delicious! The shrimp Alfredo fettuccine was bland and had so much sauce it looked like a bowl of soup. Dragon shrimp delicious. In all fairness the server and manager offered to get me something else but the pasta soup just put me off. I won't give the restaurant another try!

The lady with the immaculate brown skin and black hair behind the bar made me feel like I was in the garden of Eden. I can’t wait
