One of the last places I find I can get a consistently good piece of meat cooked correctly. Salads and side included with the meal are also spot on. The outlaw ribeye is a nice cut. It's my opinion that if you call yourself a steakhouse my steak better be perfect. I'll give you what you ask price wise but then you need to do your part otherwise it's going back. Went to Longhorn (in Boynton Beach) b/c Texas Roadhouse was too crowded. It turns out that Longhorn is actually a better restaurant. Neater, cleaner, less crowded. AND EXCELLENT FOOD! I ordered a tossed greens salad with salmon, and it was tremendous. Chock full of lettuce and various vegetables, with a LARGE chunk of grilled salmon in the middle.
