I have visited this location several times and this day ( sunday august 10 ) I have rarely encountered a more genuinely pleasant, professional and consistent team as I have this afternoon. This is what the company was all about a king time ago so well done.

⭐ I visited the Starbucks at 1620 S. Federal A and barista Maddie went above and beyond. She expertly crafted my salted caramel frap with extra caramel syrup as I requested! Her lovely, warm and cheerful persona truly made the experience memorable. The fellow in front of me was also fawning over her. I’m a sucker for caramel and mocha frap after a hot Florida summertime bike ride so I include this stop regularly in my repertoire! Anyways, her future clearly includes more than this position but she is definitely a standout now! Thank you, Maddie!
