Sugar Milk Boba & Dessert Bar Boynton

Recently ordered and there looked to be a floating cloud looking strange debris that resembles mold in my drink and there was a bug in it… I constantly order from here and they completely dropped the ball with that one. Idk what happened that particular day but it really has strayed me from ordering ever since.. again I order from here A LOT so I know what the drinks are supposed to look and taste like it was really strange… definitely not normal. When I saw the bug floating around I wanted to throw up. I genuinely love this place and I hope that whatever happened doesn’t happen again because besides that it’s great.

I do not recommend this place. They do not fill up your whole entire cup. Leaving a gap they shouldn’t have put more in there and it does not really taste good as it is supposed to be

Not worth it. They did not fill the drink (see pics) leaving so much empty space. When I spoke to them, they did not want to do anything about it as it was sealed which makes no sense. Really disappointed

I come here all the time and get the same thing. On one occasion, I asked for extra sugar. Now, extra sugar doesn’t mean a pound of sugar. I returned and said it was too sweet. They had the audacity to ask me to pay again. They’ve made a mistake on my drink before at no fault of my own, and tossed it with ease. Now, because my discretion and theirs is different in the meaning of extra sugar that I am penalized. It’s been nice but they have lost me as a loyal customer and tipper.

The products are all good—they remain consistent, which is great. I am a regular customer at this location. However, there is a guy who works in the afternoons who has a terrible attitude toward customers. He looks surly and answers you rudely; he doesn't even bother to offer a smile—everything is done with a scowl. The place itself is good, but you really need to hire staff who actually want to work. 👐🏼

Quality ingredients, fast super friendly service! Just know what you are gonna get before you get in line. It can be a little overwhelming with all of the options. But pretty much anything you order will be delicious and made to order. Try the Green tea ice cream with Bubble waffle & mochi for a super delicious treat.

Disappointed that you get about 1” less liquid because its all foam. The lady asked if I wanted more ice to make it go up.. like no Id like more tea. Which is what I paid for. So disappointed

Amazing and friendly staff. The tea tastes great, and they have a large variety of items to choose from! Would highly recommend! Passion Fruit Butterfly Tea is the absolute bomb!

I ordered Thai tea from here today and it was honestly awful. It was extremely bitter and nothing like Thai tea is supposed to taste. I’ve had Thai tea many times from different boba shops and have never been served something like this. Very disappointing.

Honestly second best boba I had and has more option than where I regularly get my boba drinks

The place is small and cozy, with nice Korean music too. It has really good instructions on how to order drinks since they have different variations, and some deserts on the fridge too. Absolutely recommend it and would go back too ᡣ𐭩

Their signature ice cream was delicious! I usually don't like strawberries, but theirs were fantastic. And the service was expanded. I'm 100% recommending this place to all my friends!

I had such a great experience at Sugar Milk! Maribel was so kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. She took the time to help me choose a drink and made sure everything came out just right. You can tell she really cares about her customers — she had a great attitude and made the whole visit feel relaxed and enjoyable.
The drinks were delicious (super fresh and flavorful!), and the service from Maribel made it even better. It’s always nice to see someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I’ll be looking for Maribel next time — she made the experience amazing!❗️❗️❗️❗️
