Parking: It was very busy for this restaurant, half full, and food was slow arriving and when it came out it was warm not hot. This was not the fault of the wait staff as they appeared to be shot handed but were hustling, kitchen couldn't keep up.

I had a few issues ordering online & the app. However, calling the restaurant, they were more than happy to help me. I got my order put in and picked up. We had a big order with 2 appetizers and 5 entrées. Our food was all made to order, and hot. No complaints on the 2 rolls per meal. I asked for some extra items, no issues. The to-go staff treated me as if I was sitting down at the restaurant to eat. Service was absolutely fantastic!!

We have not been here in many years . My wife and I had a craving for prime rib so we ordered take out. It was cooked to perfection and seasoned perfectly. We totally forgot about those damn rolls sooo good ! We both agreed TX will be on our take out/dine in rotation going forward.

Had a roach on our table that I had to kill and the server just stood there staring we had food on the table and totally grossed out.The manager came and asked us everything was okay and I said no I had to kill a roach that was crawling on the table and she wouldn't comp our orders. I am calling the house board tomorrow to report them.

Absolutely love the food here, the salads are huge and delicious. Always with fresh veggies. What’s more impressing are the employees and how coordinated they are with the take out orders. They built a system and it’s works well. Never any mistakes at the take out. I order here all the time, they always repeat the order and never forget to add bread and utensils. Very organized and clear spoken on the phone. They have a separate section for to go and on top of that you can communicate through text if your order is ready, it’s great because it’s not crowded and chaotic inside. I’m sure the service inside is too!! Always impressed.
They never let me down here. <3

If you’re stopping by Texas Roadhouse in Boynton Beach, do yourself a favor and sit at the bar with Emma. She’s got a great personality, super attentive, and you can tell she truly cares about her customers. The bar was spotless, and her service was top-notch. Ask for Emma and tell her the referee says she’s a really good bartender.
