I met my friend here and the food is pretty good, our appetizers were great, we had the big combo app since we were both starving and by the time we finished that we couldn't eat much of our dinner, my Friend had the fish and chips, with a Caesar dinner salad, & I had the parmesan chicken penne with bruschetta tomatoes and a fresh garden salad, I really liked it I had to get most of it to go but The few bites I had were quite good. It was Roughly $35 a person but that also included appetizers drinks & side salads, so not bad price wise The service was great so Thank you to our Server Amanda for that. The restaurant was lively & a little noisy but that's normal for any Applebee's. Overall a good dining experience. We will be back.

Yes every time I order from Cortez rd Applebeeās my steaks are NOT cooked to the correct temp, the steaks are flattened like pancakes and when you pull up for curbside, no one ever comes outside to ask you what you need. Every time I complain I still turn around and give them business and they still mess EVERYTHING up. When I ordered from their Saturday night an employee answered the phone and said,ā yea yea yea speak to a managerā and then hung up so I got out my car and went inside to see who answered the phone and to speak with a manager. I was told by a manager that she was refunding my order back and five days later my money still wasnāt refunded so when I called to see whatās going on another manager said, ā oh the other manager was under the impression she was refunding you the couponā, why would I care about that?!? Why??! Smh so I get told by another manager she was going to send me a gift card of $40 via email but I havenāt received it. All I wanted was my money back like the manager volunteered to do so I donāt have to go back now but they keep giving me gift cards every time they screw up so I have to use them. Smh apparently when ppl snatch your receipt and tell you their going to refund you your order back, their actually not their gunna give you a coupon or gift card. Iām very very disappointed and unsatisfied.
