Whoever the young guy was that was working drive thru on 8/4/25 around 8:30 pm needs to be put through customer service training again. He was horrible. My hubby and I both had a long day, hadn't eaten, and decided to get a couple of gyro meals. The kid sounded irritated to begin with. Zero enthusiasm or desire to take our order. I understand it's a fast food job but c'mon. I've worked them and never treated a customer like he did. Told us $13 for two meals when the board said $11 ea. Didn't ask about fries or a drink. When I questioned if he had two meals on there he said yes pull around. Still hadn't given a drink request. He was so unenthusiastic and rude we drove away. Do better. If this guy doesn't take any pride in his current job he won't go very far.

After my visit, I’m reminded of why I don’t eat out much. I decided to go to Arby’s because I wanted a jamocha shake with a sandwich. Didn’t really notice the jamocha flavoring this time.I got a MF turkey sandwich and curly fries. It was smothered in ranch dressing and ate half the sandwich before I tasted the turkey. Definitely wasn’t worth $17. On the positive note, it was extremely clean inside.

This Arby’s is delicious. They are doing a great job with making sure everything is fresh. They haven’t even gotten an order wrong!!! When we ate inside everything was nice and clean. Great job
Walked in a few minutes before 10, even though they close at 11… And was told that the lobby was closed that we had to use the drive-through… We chose another restaurant

Got a double roast beef and i have to say it was nothing like Arby’s has always tasted. Meat very dark and dry. Will not return to this location.
