This place has completely transformed! Now that it’s ARoy D, everything is fantastic. The service is friendly and efficient, the sushi is incredibly fresh and delicious, and even the noodles and rice dishes are full of flavor. Lunch comes with a refreshing ginger salad, which is a nice touch. I’ll definitely be back and recommending it to friends! Plus, they’ve got an 8-top table for larger groups, which is super convenient.
The waitress was amazingly friendly. She welcomed my horde of 8 with a big smile. We ordered Pad Thai (mild) and it wasn’t spicy at all. We also ordered the Pad See Ew (mild) and it was sooooo spicy but delicious. Finally we ordered a green curry mild which was delicious hours.

My wife and I ate lunch here. It was a late lunch so it was quiet. The service was first class, as was the food. I recommend it if you are passing to or from Anna Marie Island.

Good food, friendly and accommodating staff. Unfortunately, the bathroom (Men's) needed cleaning and maintenance. It would be in the best interest of smaller businesses to take the extra effort and always make sure their bathrooms are very clean and well tended to. On more than one occasion, I have chosen not to return to a restaurant due to a neglected lavatory and I'm sure there are others out there that feel the same the same way.

The peanut sauce salad was excellent, I love that the greens were chilled and the sauce had great flavor. We ordered two rolls and the fish was fresh, the rice the perfect consistency, and the overall flavor was harmonious. My gf got the duck curry and the duck was melt-in-your-mouth! Great flavor, I wish it was a little thicker but overall it was a tasty dish. I love that they had fresh flowers on all the tables. Great little date spot :)

This was our first time here after reading some good reviews online. Lovely little place with friendly staff. Menu has lots on it including sushi, noodle dishes, and rice dishes. For drinks we had their house wine which is actually pretty good for the price of it. Overall we had a good night.

The customer serice was very excellent from the whole staff. The place vibes was family orientated and cozy. The food was very tasty no need to add salt,blackpepper or any kind of sauces. The drinks are good and the bathroom are clean. The price I paid for 5 person was cheap and it was alot of food. Definitely will be visiting this restaurant again.

Love Aroy D! Their rolls are the best I've found so far. I like my rolls a bit saucy and this place delivers. My favorite is the JJ roll that has a lovely combination of fish, flavor and crunch. The topping is a tempura fried crab and it makes the roll what it is, delicious! I have never had a sushi roll with that before, and I was amazed at how much flavor it added. This is my go to spot for sushi, and their Thai menu is also amazing all the way down to the dessert. The food is high quality, always fresh, and made with careful skill and effort. Highly recommend.

This was my sixth night here on the island. I love sushi and have tried a new restaurant each night. So far every place has been outstanding yet some much better than others. Unfortunately Aroy D Thai and Sushi was absolutely awful. I have never had a spicy salmon roll that had an abundance of spicy mayo. It was horrible. I also decided to try a new roll, again filled with spicy mayo and covered with something that wasn’t tempura flakes like it was supposed to have. Even the salmon sashimi arrived to my table as salmon sushi 🍣 sent it back for the correct item, thus was the only two pieces that were edible. I’m so sorry but this is not a place to go for sushi. I will definitely need to either go to a place I’ve been or just try some other cuisine tonight to make up for such a disappointing dinner which was unfortunately $40 😞😢
