Walked in to get milkshakes and smoothies. None of the ice creams were labeled so we couldn’t tell what flavors were available. Asked the worker and they said “I don’t know what any of these flavors are but you can sample them”. Tried some and then were told the machines were broken for smoothies and milkshakes so we just

First time I went there it was 5pm on a Wednesday. Stood at the counter for 10-15 mins waiting for help. I could hear the employees in the back having a "gab session" the whole time. I called out for help and they turned the lights off on me. I immediately got out of there. Second time was 2 months later. I must have been a sucker for giving them a second chance. I pulled into the lot at about the same time. Around 5pm on a weekday. First thing I noticed was a bunch of shady characters hanging out in front. (All wearing hoodies in 90 degree heat and have a hand at their belt like they're holding something.). When they saw my car, one of them called to someone on the inside, and immediately they shut the exterior lights off. Another shady character yelled at me that they're closed. At 5pm? Whatever. My law enforcement instinct kicked in and gave me a strong feeling that this store is just a front for some illegal business inside, because they always push customers away or try to fake being closed suddenly. I advise you completely avoid this place.

Keep showing up at 9pm or slightly after (it’s currently 9:05) and they say they are closed. It’s listed they close at 10pm. Either stop closing early or fix your hours that are posted!

We walked into the store behind another family. The first family was helped, then we were completely ignored. When I asked where we needed to be to order, we could not understand what the employee said, as his words sounded like he had a mouthful of marbles. None of the employees took time even address that we stood there, after they made eye contact with me. We waited for 10 minutes, then just left. Such a disappointment! I would give 0 stars, but I had to document something.

Ordered a sugar cone, gave me a cake cone. I said no I'd like a sugar cone. He said it was a sugar cone. I'm a chef of 40 years and a customer of Baskin Robbins longer than this young man has been alive. I said never mind. Now he charged me anyway and I have to fuss to get my money back. And I really wanted that ice cream.

Baskin Robbins is no longer open here. They have the sign up, and their profile says they are open, but they have permanently closed. Beware! Waste of time

If you don't sell icream take the fkn sign down. Build back better......

Ordered a cake here and when arrived, I showed them my reciept and they said they didn't have it. They weren't rude but they weren't helpful either.

Stopped for a milkshake at 3pm on a weekday. I placed my order and the staff member told me they didn't have their "ice cream out." I didn't understand so I asked for clarification, "so does that mean it'll take longer to make the milkshake?"The staff member said, "well, we can't do that because we don't have the ice cream out."I asked, "you don't serve ice cream then?" Staff member replied, "we have ice cream and sometimes we serve it. It's just not out right now.""Is it too early or late for me to order ice cream?"Staff member kindly said, "we have some ice cream and sometimes we serve it at this time of day." I said, "so you do serve ice cream and milkshakes but I can't have one?"Staff member said, "yessir, that's right."The young lady working seemed very nice and she also seemed to be working alone or with minimal staff support. She didn't know if I was just confused or if I was being intentionally argumentative. (I was genuinely confused). This is a growing theme in this area. Many places don't have a workforce and so they don't render a full complement of goods and services. They also don't provide any insight, nor do they volunteer pertinent information about the status of their store/restaurant. So look, I don't want to pile on. If the owner of this business is able to turn a profit while operating it in a disorganized and inconsistent manner, then that's their prerogative. Ownership should probably be a little more communicative online or on property. The young lady who spoke to me was kind. She maintained her professionalism despite not having the needed tools to accomplish her job. Just close the shop, or take the Baskin out. Just be a Dunkin only shop. You could update Google and Apple maps, Yelp, and your website. Maybe print signs for the property, so the people attempting to be your customers have some guidance. Several people were trying to give you money. The vehicle in front of me sped off empty handed and the vehicle behind me did the same. For goodness sake, give the employees a script or spiel to help them explain your peculiar business practices, so they don't feel the burden of your ineptitude...again.

Staff is great remembers my girl's drink everytime so I walk in and they say same thing for your girl? Love going there

Website and Uber Menu state they have sundaes, treats, etc. Except whenever we go to eat there, we are told they only do cups and cones. Yet, they have the ingredients for the sundaes? So it seems like they don't WANT to do it, not that they CAN'T do it. Better off hitting up Walmart and buying the ingredients yourself instead. At least they treat you better there.

Just stopped on a Saturday night when it's 92 degrees out at 715 pm. Walked in to get ice cream and was told the favors are not in the right areas and they do not have any cones of any type and no ice cream cups either. Not sure how the owner keeps this place open. He or she must not really care about customer service
