We arrived at the restaurant and were immediately greeted by the gent at the front door. He was very kind and helpful. The waitress however walked by us several times servicing nearby tables. Couldn’t even get a glass of water for about 15 minutes. I even raised my hand to get their attention. No luck. We left and went elsewhere. This establishment was awesome on my first visit at their previous location. Don’t know what happened this time. I guess the staff changed over time. The gent that greeted us was awesome! I had high hopes upon being greeted by him.

My wife and I ordered the cheeseburger special and after biting into them we realised there was no cheese. I guess that's what makes it special. Told the waitress but all she said was I don t think they charge extra for cheese. How stupid was that ?

I’m very upset my friend wanted a burger n the lady brought a hamburger patty no bread then took the food n the back n came back don’t kno if they used gloves n the bartender was nasty saying owe I don’t work here I’m jus filling in bad customer service yelled loud
Love this place. I always forget to take pics. I eat first then it occurs to me. 5 stars all day every day . Never had anything on the menu I did not care for. Bf loves the wings.

Unfortunately, we did not have a great experience. The staff seemed very cold and unwelcoming. We ordered onion rings and wings for the table. The wings came out undercooked and took about 10 mins after to get ahold of the waitress who walked past us 3 times seeing we weren’t touching the food. The wings were remade and fully cooked the second time. When we got the check it was another waiting game so we ended up paying at the bar. Maybe this was a one of but we’re from out of state and used to have Beef o Brady’s up in Ohio so we know the quality and service BoB can offer.
