We live close by and love the food here. Decided to stop Mother’s Day evening to take advantage of the free entree (thanks!). The food was good as always but the service was not so much. Sierra was our server - took the order and brought the food and that was it. We were both drinking iced tea and never offered a refill. Never checked if we were okay. Noticed she was sitting at a back table on her phone and tried to get her attention. Thought maybe she ended her shift but nobody informed us. After about 10 minutes, she did walk by and we asked for to go drinks and the check. Check came with no discount so had to get that fixed. Again, we really like the food here but we’re very disappointed in the service we received. Hate paying $6 for two iced teas that were never refilled the entire time we were there. Next time we will just do take out.

If you want bad food mediocre service and want to pay $19.00 for two Blue Moons. You should go to Beef O’bradys on Hwy 70 in Bradenton. This owner also owns Lakewood Ranch location.

Fun family meal out, and the food and service were wonderful. Very delicious and fresh food and wonderful selections to choose from.
Your slogan is "Where game time meets family time" and "Good Foood Good Sports" and TVs everywhere, BUT you close before halftime of the Sunday night and Monday night NFL games!

We arrived at the restaurant and were immediately greeted by the gent at the front door. He was very kind and helpful. The waitress however walked by us several times servicing nearby tables. Couldn’t even get a glass of water for about 15 minutes. I even raised my hand to get their attention. No luck. We left and went elsewhere. This establishment was awesome on my first visit at their previous location. Don’t know what happened this time. I guess the staff changed over time. The gent that greeted us was awesome! I had high hopes upon being greeted by him.

My wife and I ordered the cheeseburger special and after biting into them we realised there was no cheese. I guess that's what makes it special. Told the waitress but all she said was I don t think they charge extra for cheese. How stupid was that ?
