“I am fairly new to DW & have had 5 experiences with the Lake House. All of them top-notch. From what I have heard this resturant was troubled in the past (I cannot speak to this). The staff, manager, food, drinks & service have all been quite good. It is a relaxing establishment, relaxing atmosphere so best advice... RELAX. Enjoy, don't be rushed, sit back & chill.“

“My son took me to Little To Jo for my birthday. It was one of the most pleasant meals out i have had in a long time. The food was exceptional and the plates were over flowing. The wait staff were courteous, smiling and trying to please. The decor was calm and you could talk to your dinner companions. I had a wonderful conversation with the table next to us. I will definitely go there again. It is one of the best restaurants in my area.“

“Everything I've had here is good. The wings are the best in town. The 3 pepper sauce is my favorite but I've tried quite a few of them and they are all good. The shoestring fries are perfectly crispy and everything you want in a fry. Don't forget the cheese curds, they are too good not to add to every order!“

“Last night we had our first visit to Bamboo Island, a delightful, open air Resturant with a view of Bridge Street, and WOW! I’ve got to say it was amazing! The menu is exciting and different from any other Resturant on the island! Not the same old- same old menu you see everywhere! The craft cocktails were amazing! We ordered the Rio, (delicious steak) , The Anna Maria( grouper ) and the special which was lamb chops with fettuccine …. Then on to desserts! All were incredible ! And to note one thing that stood out to me is that this Resturant is a FAMILY business from chefs to bartender to waitress! Please do yourself a favor and check this out!“

“Keltsey, Elena, Bri are absolutely amazing, Elena had such a warming and sweet welcome at the host stand, Keltsey was holding down the bar perfectly and was making conversation with all of the guests and ensuring they were having a good time, and Bri was very attentive and was so helpful with the beer wall and the questions we had about the menu. All three girls showed amazing hospitality to us today! They were fabulous!“

“I live in Lakewood Ranch and for some reason most of the restaurants on Main Street do not appeal to me. My husband and I tried Remy's out last week and OH MY!!!! Excellent food and reasonable pricing. I am a picky eater and there are so many choices, and I truly expected the food to be average and to my Suprise the food is EXCELLENT. I highly recommend this if you have not tried it would be a great choice to do so. GREAT JOB!!!! That was Sunday and I have already gone back for seconds - It's Wednesday. Will be a new regular spot for lunch or dinner.“

Generally good experiences, today wasn’t so much because I felt skimped out on sauce and toppings. There are other reviews on here indicating the same issue so it does seem to be a common theme. I had ordered sort a Bella with pepperoni, and it was incredible dry, one slice had about a dimes worth of sauce on most slices. Goes needless to say: every pizza, especially your specialty pizza, should have all the toppings on each individual slice. We also ordered a supreme pizza which it feels like the toppings were barely sprinkled on.

This is one of the better spots in this neighborhood. The ingredients taste fresh, the bake is great, but it’s hard to justify $50 for two pizzas at a place that is a bit inconsistent.“
