Ice Cream Shoppe Lakewood Ranch

This place is horrible; all the ice cream is half melted in the buckets & their website is not updated whatsoever. I came in to see their dairy free options as they were shown on their website, nothing but sorbet. Listen to the reviews, not worth it at all! Will never be back

The ice cream here is really delicious — you can tell they use quality ingredients, and every flavor I tried tasted fresh and rich. The shop itself has a nice vibe and everything was served quickly. My only downside is that the portion sizes felt a bit small compared to the price. I definitely enjoyed my visit and would come back, but a little more ice cream for the money would make it perfect.

Very expensive for what you get. Very very expensive. The iced is level when they hand it to you. So the bowl is exactly what you get.

This place is a rip off i will tell everyone to stay away

Ridiculous price for a milkshake. $14.74 or Hershey's ice cream.
The place is also a dump.

Really disappointed in the amount you get for the money. Three scoops was more like 1 and a half from other places. Lesson learned.

The shop wasn't busy, and we were serviced immediately. There were plenty of flavors to choose from. The ice cream was delicious, but I thought the price was too high and the scoops were too small.

Overpriced - My husband and I go to a movie, a Lakewood Ranch restaurant every week, and then to the ice cream shop. We usually get a small sundae. This time we each got the kiddie size - $12?? We thought it was a mistake, but didn't say anything. After seeing other comments, I guess it wasn't a mistake. We can easily afford whatever we want, but we will not be returning!!!

premade chocolate peanut butter ice cream asked for it as a milkshake…. $14.84 after tax. HUH??? sorry i don’t care how much labor goes into making these if they are handmade… 15$ for an average size mediocre tasting milkshake is RIDICULOUS! worker was very nice but these prices are insane! it was also empty in there the whole time we were there & we were at main street for boo fest. the whole strip was PACKED. wonder why the place was empty!

OVERPRICED. Hersheys GMO garbage ice cream. Went in with my son to treat him to a chocolate shake. Figured, what the heck, I’ll have one too. Got to the cash register and it asked for a tip - gave a 10 or 15% tip and our total was….., are you ready for this????? I wasn’t - $34.13.
On that alone - I’ll never return. As well - stop selling GMO products. Get a quality product.
