Super busy little place. Ice cream was very good! It was a bit expensive for multiple people. It cost almost 40$ for 4 double scoop ice creams. But my kids enjoyed it. We sat outside. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

This is just Hersheys ice cream. It's no longer the Big Olaf ice cream shop. The ice cream is just ok. My hubby got the dairy free ice cream and he said it had no flavor at all. The service was good but we wouldn't return. There's so many ice cream shops around that have amazing flavors and are made locally that just settling for Hershey's ice cream isn't worth the calories.

We've been going to the ice cream store for years. It has always been enjoyable. One small issue the other night my ice cream fell on the floor. This happened when I reached for the ice cream from the counter. It fell face down on the floor and when I asked for a replacement I was told they cannot give away free ice cream. It seemed as though they felt I should eat the ice cream that fell. Thinking it may just be an inexperienced person working. In the end they did replace my ice cream under duress.

Tasty ice cream and friendly staff. Brought my son here for a treat after dinner a few weeks ago. They had a great variety for different ice creams to choose from and a great selection of topping to choose from.

Very unpleasant experience. They gave me the wrong order TWICE and charged us for a topping we did not receive. (They placed the first wrong order to the side to back in the freezer after it was handed over to us .) The older man working the register I am assuming is the owner did nothing to correct the situation. I would never give this company my business again . We will be driving to Kilwins instead.

Kate was a pleasure.We came in with 12 people and she handled it all so well. No long wait time, the kids were happy and helped first, I forgot to mention she was the only person working that day. Much praise for her patience, how courteous & kind she was to our big family.

Don’t go here and give these people your money! They close at 10pm, we walked in the door at 9:40. 5 of us, to order just a small cone each. No hello, just a glance at the clock. No what can I get you, just a look at the first person to walk close to the ice cream case. 2 of us get our cones, my sister goes to woman a register and says we are going to have 5 small cones and try’s to hand her, a credit card. The woman ignores the card, hits the button for a small cone twice and then watches as the man scoops the next cone, then she pushes the small button again and does this again for the remaining 3 cones. Then she holds her hand out for the card and still says NOTHING! One person went use the restroom, now she speaks and says No, the floor is wet, we say what? She says the floor is wet, the person in our group says OK I will be careful, she says again, in very broken English, no you slip and sue us, the floor is wet. Back story? They have already mopped the floor for closing so simply don’t want us to use it.. paying customers! Never again!
