I highly recommend this restaurant! The food was absolutely phenomenal. Try their crab cake Benedict with a side of their creamy and seasoned grits that are cooked to perfection. The staff, OMG, simply amazing. The customer service was top notch and efficient. We had a very large party and they definitely made our experience one of a kind. The staff even took a group photo of our family. If I could rate this restaurant higher than a 5, I definitely would. So RUN, don’t walk to Blue Jasper if you want great food and top notch customer service. Thank you for such an enjoyable brunch!
Love the music, and the food is generally very good. I came here twice in the past week with my aunt and mom respectively and had the Roasted Sweet Potato and Grilled Salmon bowl. It was the best thing I ever had the first visit, so I wanted to come back a couple days later (today). I ordered the same thing but it wasn't nearly as good (the quinoa and sweet potatoes were overcooked and seemingly less seasoned?). I'm not sure if it was a different chef or what, but it was much tastier on 1/1/22 versus today (1/3/22).
Found a gem of a place in Bradenton, excellent in all aspects ! My salmon , spinach , quinoa, avocado, sweet potato was the best ever ! A must on your list of Five star restaurants ? thanks Kris !!!
We had lunch here and we recommend it very much. Our server was Kris and she did a great job. Very tasty food and we loved the soft jazzy background music. As traveling musicians it’s always fun to find a great locally owned restaurant. You can find an interview with Kris on our Facebook blog..Bill and Karen’s Excellent Adventure
We always enjoy dinning at Blue Jasper. The food is delicious, the service top notch and prices very reasonable. Definitely recommend for breakfast or lunch.
I ordered the chicken and waffle. Man, I had a out of body experience after eating the fried chicken. It’s probably one of the best tasting fries chicken I had. The outside is super crispy and the seasoning on the chicken was good and different. Highly recommended.
Absolutely THE BEST brunch in town! Do not miss this! Amazing staff and delicious, consistent homemade food. The lemon ricotta blueberry pancakes are wildly decadent. Five stars. Bobby’s pancakes are so good! I can’t wait to try the bacon and chocolate chip next! If you love brunch, check out The Blue Jasper!
Delicious and cooked perfectly we were very lucky to have a lovely rainy day brunch at Blue Jasper today. Chris, our server was fun and helpful and the food came to our table with only a few minutes wait. Next time we will go back and try the lunch menu. Highly recommended!Dish of note: Chicken and waffles with spicy maple syrup and chipotle cream cheese. Yum!
AMAZING FOOD! Plus a great staff! Everyone was friendly and the service was excellent. The owner even came out to check on us! I highly recommend this hidden gem! I am definitely going back. Best breakfast place in town!

By far the best breakfast spot in bradenton! Danny our server gave us exceptional service. Very attentive and personal. I got the waffle sundae and my fried got the seafood gumbo. Both were outstanding! Defiantly recommend this place to everyone!
I'm not sure why it took me so long to try Blue Jasper, it's warm and welcoming. The food was delicious. I got the Lemon Ricotta Pancakes and added blueberries, they were so good! I'll definitely be back to try some of the other menu items.
Blue Jasper, it’s a place where we often eat breakfast and lunch. Food is consistently excellent, it’s family-owned, and you simply just feel good being there. Oh..and it's not overcrowded Sunday morning
Went here today for lunch and boy was I pleasantly surprised. I love eggplant so I went for the fried eggplant sandwich with a salad on the side. It was magnificent. No really.. the roll was fresh and soft and the eggplant crisp. I’m still dreaming of it. I’ll be back.
I had the traditional eggs benedict. The hollandaise sauce was yellow and thin and had no taste. The english muffin tasted like saw dust (Walmart?) and was brushed with gross oil butter substitute and had a weird grainy texture. The eggs were very small and the ham was tiny & thin. It came with hash browns and they tasted like stale oil. Very poor quality food. The place was clean and nicely decorated and the waitress was very nice.
