The host that really runs the whole show is an essential peice of this whole thing, if management doesn't know this- well now they do . Str8 up , southern hospitality at its finest, when this lady helps you - you know she's gonna get everything you need , no excuse, no complaining, no pouting....str8 up good service....when I get my next big bonus I'm gonna share with this human being that makes my life happy.....im.broke so I didn't tip on my carryout....the economy's broken, but one thing that's not , is this person's heart.The heart of a REAL AMERICAN, is what this person has. We picked up a catering meal of chicken tenders, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, mac & cheese, gravy, rolls, cranberry relish and peanut butter pie. Everything was great with the exception of the chicken. It took about 10 minutes to chew one bite! The entire pan was tough and we couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed. 😢

I recently dined at Bob Evans and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. The service was slow, and our server didn’t seem to grasp what the table needed. When we asked for something, it felt rushed and others weren’t given a chance to voice their requests.
The food was poorly cooked, despite using decent ingredients. The bacon and sausage were burnt beyond recognition, making my sandwich nearly impossible to eat. I had to remove the burnt pieces, which took the cheese with it. While the server did replace the bacon and sausage, it came after I had already finished the rest of my meal. The rolls, a classic "must-have", were also NOT fresh.
Overall, the quality of the food and service didn’t match the price we paid. Even though the staff was kind and tried to make things right, it just didn’t meet our expectations. It’s been a long time since I visited Bob Evans, and I hope my next experience will be better.

Sure do wish I could remember our server's name today. We were a party of 8 who sat all the way in the back against the wall. After several bad experiences at a different location, our server said today she would show me differently and she did. Service was outstanding and the food was great.

The food was delicious and cooked perfectly. It was really good portions of food and really good prices. We had breakfast and didn't have to wait very long at all. Our server Roxanne was very sweet and friendly. She did an amazing job!! We will definitely be back soon!
