We picked up a catering meal of chicken tenders, turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, corn, mac & cheese, gravy, rolls, cranberry relish and peanut butter pie. Everything was great with the exception of the chicken. It took about 10 minutes to chew one bite! The entire pan was tough and we couldn’t eat it. Very disappointed. 😢

I recently dined at Bob Evans and unfortunately, it wasn’t the best experience. The service was slow, and our server didn’t seem to grasp what the table needed. When we asked for something, it felt rushed and others weren’t given a chance to voice their requests.
The food was poorly cooked, despite using decent ingredients. The bacon and sausage were burnt beyond recognition, making my sandwich nearly impossible to eat. I had to remove the burnt pieces, which took the cheese with it. While the server did replace the bacon and sausage, it came after I had already finished the rest of my meal. The rolls, a classic "must-have", were also NOT fresh.
Overall, the quality of the food and service didn’t match the price we paid. Even though the staff was kind and tried to make things right, it just didn’t meet our expectations. It’s been a long time since I visited Bob Evans, and I hope my next experience will be better.

My son and I went to Bob Evans for Thanksgiving dinner. It was wonderful. The food was tasty and a good value for the money and our server was excellent. I have gone to Bob Evans for years up in Cleveland and now in Florida. They have rarely disappointed. The only complaint I have is that I am always cold when I go in there but I adapt and bring a sweater or jacket.
