Ordered online and paid only to arrive and be told by the person at the counter that they had run out of my items. Asked for a refund. Person at counter said he couldn't issue a refund. Like what? I asked for a manager. You would think the manager would come out and explain and issue a refund. Nope, this lazy so called manager stayed in the back until the person at the counter had to go to the back there speak to her. I was then again told that the only way I could get a refund was to call Boston Market Corporate. What a joke of a place

I was so excited to see a resturant on vacation as I've only had the frozen meals. I have to say I'll stick with the frozen food. Their chicken was so dry, potatoes looked and tasted reheated, and the cashier acted like we was an inconvenience. It was only 1p, still lunch time!

I spent 100.00 to fed my family of 6 and this was horrible the turkey was so dry the pot pies were dry had no gravy! This is the worst experience ever and the people there don’t care what they are serving. I highly do not recommend this place it’s sad and the employees are sad too . I called about my order and asked to speak to a manager and the employee didnt want to bother him on his break!! This is sad to see places turn out like this but still take your money.

Literally the worst food I’ve ever had from any Boston market anywhere turkey was like fermented spam, gravy tasted sour, broccoli smelled like dirty socks and worst of all whatever they changed with Mac in cheese they better change back that was the life line of there restaurant and let’s just say tasted like middle school all over again. Completely disgusted with what I just attempted to consume if there was a zero star this would be it. Do better Boston market.
This place is okay. I ordered the large combo meal, which is 12 nuggets, a side and a large drink. Admittedly, the amount you get isn't exactly impressive, especially for 12 dollars. The nuggets are small. They didn't look very appetizing either. The taste was decent however. I noticed the dip I got was expired. I asked them for a fresh one and they told me they had none in date available. Instead I was given an alternative that was spicy. The spicy sauce was pretty good. The service was about normal. Probably better than your average fast food joint.

Absolutely the WORST experience ever!!! Staff is unconcerned and too preoccupied with their phones to take your order, the place was FILTHY dirty and the food ( what they had available, no chicken, ham, roast beef or meatloaf) they had some dried out turkey, some crusted over mac-n-cheese. No potatoes, or gravy. Ridiculous and pathetic excuse for a Boston Market. 7 employees, not one would give customer service or even answer a question with more than a one syllable reply. DON'T GO HERE! IT'S BEYOND AWFUL!

Food is great, but they didn't have half the thinks on the menu. Is was empty, and you can understand why.
Sorriest side of sweet potatoe casserole I’ve seen in my life and it’s $4! $4 could’ve at least filled up the container or gave me some crust or marshmallow. Highly disappointed. Too many young kids working there. Don’t go. Save your energy and disappointment.
