Menu very difficult to understand, staff was nice and place looked really cool but… Not much real fruit, almost all powders and artificial flavoring. Herbalife shake store basically. Threw it away and went to Smoothie King

In town from St. Pete for travel baseball tournament and found this while looking for gas. Excellent protein shakes! Going to stop by again and try the protein donuts. Highly recommend!

It was my first time there. Very clean, and great atmosphere. They are super kind and are willing to answer any questions. I got a smoothie and chocolate chip bites! Tastes soooo good! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be going back in the future!!

Place is very nice! They have an amazing menu that's customizable and very tasty and nutritious. Yani, the owner of very kind and knowledgeable. She does an excellent job if making you feel comfortable and at home, both in store and with nurturing your body. Will definitely be back!!

We were looking online for healthy drinks . Found this location and went for our first time . Was we surprised and extremely happy with the selection of drinks we got. Owners were friendly and very helpful. A 5 star location and will definitely return. The drinks were amazing to be healthy. Thank you for fantastic drinks and friendly service.

I was passing by from bay shore and exhausted from driving from Orlando to Sarasota decided to have a healthy and energy booster breakfast and then found this place at google we had 4 different type of healthy shakes and mix energy booster drinks also had a wonderful flavored Coffee, there was a very polite and kind lady whose name was Filiz she gave us a lot of useful information about how to have a healthy nutrition thank you Filiz will back again , I recommend this place who ever needs a healthy and delicious nutrition with a reasonable price and great taste ✌️🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I tried protein smoothie. Just had so that I could hit my daily protein.
I would suggest to have whey protein as well . It will definitely enhance the taste.
