By far the best wings I have EVER had. Get the ones coated in buttermilk; I promise you won't be disappointed. Their diverse selection of sauces are all homemade - try them all. And the banana pepper rings are truly an act of God - I crave them all the time. The owner is super nice, and you can tell he has a passion for cooking and feeding people delicious food. Don't sleep on this amazing food truck

This food is sooo good, had it today for the first time & I’m already wanting it again tomorrow. Several people I work with also ordered food & all we did the rest of the day was talk about how good it was. So freaking yummy… go get you some!

if you like a greasy half cooked fried chicken piece on a wet brioche with some very questionable slaw, this is the place for you. If you put aside the flies which greet you upon ordering maybe you can get away without harm.

What a shame. This owner is a fantastic chef. He really dropped the ball when he named his food truck. I can't tell you how many (quite a lot) of people who have commented negatively about the name and stated they won't patronize it. Although some may think BradentRucky is clever, it's offensive and degrading to most of us - especially those in W and NW Bradenton. Adding the "R" to the name doesn't do anything. It's still offensive and hints to calling Bradenton residents backward hillbillies. Social media has spoken. Seriously consider rebranding. It's not cute or clever.

First off, I have had some amazingly awesome meals at various food truck venues, and I am so happy they have been making a comeback.Sadly however, this was not one of them. I stopped by to see what Bradentrucky had to offer, then ordered one of the ‘main’ menu items…a chicken tenders type meal, and a fancy toasted roll with a unique (sounding) seasoning. Sounded great and I was quite hungry, so I took it home looking forward to that “eureka” moment that I’ve had so many times before with other food trucks.Once at home, I opened the styrofoam container. The pictures you’ll see were taken once I looked inside. I had not yet touched the food into I turned the fancy seasoned roll over. Kings Hawaiian rolls, funny. I didn’t bother tasting the fancy seasoning having found only 3 chicken nuggets, not tenders. Yes 3, one was slit in two, either to check to see if it was cooked…or perhaps to make the meal look bigger ?. Honest, I did not touch the chicken at all.Well, I went back to Bradentrucky, gave it back to them and said “here, take this back, oh and keep the 12 bucks. You obviously need it”…Didn’t realize I bought an overpriced Happy Meal!”

Someone said best wings.....not even close. Sorry but mine were shriveled and tiny over cooked....and the gumbo was more like straight rue with some meat bites. I'm going two because the guys were super cool but need to change a few things. That was A LOT OF MONEY for what I got.
Omgoodness........ I went for the gumbo and fried bananapepper rings. Boy was I surprised. Great amount of food and those rings were to die for. So crispy and little crunchies at the bottom and the dipping sauce was so amazing. Love love love this little truck! Must go!

I am a FOODIE. It takes a lot to keep me coming back and day dreaming about food! I can’t wait to experience every culinary master piece that comes from this truck!! 10 out of 10!! Ps. Definitely get the chicken sliders and the garlic buffalo wings?? Whatever I ate was AMAZING

We ordered multiple different items from the menu, they were ALL delicious- but my personal favorites were the Lemon Pepper Wings, Fried Banana Peppers, and the Honey Sliders. SO GOOD! Definitely a must try. But fair warning… you might get addicted

Great experience! We shared the fried chicken sandwich and from the first bite to the last it was way more than expected. Can’t wait to come back and try the Nashville hot sliders. Nice to have such a great place in the neighborhood.
