I waited 20 extra minutes for my takeout order and no one even helped me at the counter, the service was awful and they were really slow to begin with, won’t be coming

Service was good, but the wings was hard and dry. I been to so many restaurants never come across their mix drinks so expensive as Buffalo Wild Wings.

Now I've been to a lot of buffalo wild wings, I think it would be hard to say "hey guys it's my first time to buffalo wild wings". This one is nice! Clean atmosphere, loved the booths that kind of sit up between the bar and the restaurant area. How can you not enjoy the slightly better than a domestic beer buffalo wild wings own beer called the Herd?! Picture 15 buffalo charging at you or maybe alongside you as you take that first ice cold sip of your beer called the Herd! Why that hasn't become a commercial yet we may never know. The buffalo tots was a new one for us but we liked it. They brought back the hot bbq wing, which why did it ever leave in the first place?! Right......I enjoyed the OG garlic Parm wings and the salt&vinegar wing dipped in hot BBQ, feeling a little spicy. PS bring back the pizza wing please

I called them today to place a to go order and was put on hold until they hung up 5 mins later. I was around the corner so figured I’d just go in and order. Stood there waiting for anyone to come to the counter to take my order or even seat me and nobody came. I just left. Not sure how people get food here. I tried I really did try to spend money and it’s like they rather hide and not get it. What a strange way of doing business. If anyone finds out how to place a to go order please let me know. Calling or walking in to place it doesn’t work.

They place the televisions at very high volume which made me uncomfortable since you can hardly even converse and in my case it doesn't let me eat comfortably as I like, the excess noise stressed me out. The service was not good either since I was at the table waiting for a long time and no one came to serve me. Due to all of the above, I decided to leave without eating anything and go to another quieter place.

I ordered online and my order came WOTHOUT wings!! Called to let them know and the manager asked 30times if I was sure. OMG! I Ordered 2 appetizers samples. And both came with no wings. He did offer me a refund and i say no i just want my food. Went back there and the guy that gave the wings was not nice at all. I spoke with the manager then and showed him food but he wasnt nice at all. I do not go often to this places but definitely not coming BACK!

So we went in and ordered a large fry. When it came out it was small. We said something to the server. She said that's how they come. Ok so then we ordered a small order and they are pictured on the left of this photo. We never touched the first order. So for $2.50 less you get more fries? We asked to speak to the manager and she came over and immediately said we were lying that she saw them come through the window and there were more fries on that tray. We must have ate some of them. Her exact words were " I can tell you right now that there were more fries on there when it came through the window." Her name was Morgan. WE WILL NEVER BE BACK to this location. Not ever. We were nice about it but really don't want to pay for something we didn't get. That manager has a lot to learn if you are going to blatantly tell a customer they are lying to their face. I've worked in restaraunt management and this is NOT how it's done.

I had never felt so uncomfortable in a place as I did here. The waitress approached us as if something stank. Never looked at me but had this arrogance face that made us all on the table feel uncomfortable, even though we smiled, were polite, and behaved just as our parents raised us.The food was right!Nachos serving is a must!If you don't mind about uneducated people this is your place!

Ordered 20 traditional "bone in" wings. Very tasty. Unfortunately with that many wings the order only came with a small half filled container of blue cheese dressing and 5 small celery sticks. I didn't have any blue cheese in my fridge so had 4 wings with the dressing and ate the rest without. Ruined the whole flavor of the wings. Wings are not cheap these days so thinking another container of blue cheese dressing and several more celery sticks would have been appreciated. Disappointing to say the least.

They had one server scheduled for the entire bar AND the bar seating. She was responsible for pouring drinks for every customer, taking orders, running food, and collecting payment. This is nothing on her because she was actually busting her butt the entire time. This is on management for scheduling 1 person on Thursday night when there's a local football game, a baseball championship game, and it's bogo wings night. The server was great but if the manager is not going to improve scheduling, then we can't return. It was ridiculous to wait 30 minutes for the bill. I had a 15% off my bill offer on my app, but we had already waited so long that I didn't want to bother.
