update! 10/25/25 Finally had the nerve to complain about one slice of cheese, they actually took my food back to the line to add more cheese eww, how unsanitary is that!!!!!!
What part of double cheeseburger it's hard to understand? I truly do not understand why they think it is okay to put less ingredients than what is called for. And they must think it's okay because it happens more often than not.

This location is a hit and miss, some days everything is fresh and other days its oddly not fresh, I go to this location about once a week and the last few times I've gotten a bacon king with light mayo to find the burger kind of cold and not juicy (not fresh) and extra mayo (seeming like they added mayo simply because I ordered it light mayo) again not the first time and after a few times it seems intentional. Just sharing my experiences.

This is the SLOWEST BK I have ever been to in my entire life. There could be 2 cars in the drive thru and I’ll still sit there for 30-40 minutes. I’m patient but whatever the owner is or isn’t doing for their business and employees needs to be looked at seriously. It’s called fast food but there is nothing fast about this place.

The lady taking my order was very nice and friendly but the guy giving me my order put my take out on the counter not saying anything there was no eye contact or smile absolutely nothing I asked if the order was mine and he said yea very low and walked away very poor service

I ordered breakfast through the app and got a text that said dasher is approaching with your order never showed up called the store and jeff was so unprofessional and did not care at all told me its not his problem. called the main office and the lady there was a joke and didnt know what she was even talking about. its no wonder burger king is slowly dying off. they are flat out awful and i will never use any burger king and i would highly advise that no one else does either. let burger king become a memory thats all they are good for anymore.

Went through the drive thru for chicken fries and the employee Polite was so nice and energetic, usually I go to BK and the employees are not very nice. Chicken fries were great too! My only con was the fries were okay.
