I officially will never eat at this location again. Terrible customer service and the atmosphere was just disgusting. It smells inside and the worst part is the food đ€ź The whopper was definitely microwaved and the bun was as hard as a rock. Unedible. This has happened numerous times and I will no longer waste my money on this dump! Sorry but I'm not sorry at all. This location needs to close or get new management and then reopen. Or just stay closed!

It was 40 minutes before closing, and there were about 4 cars in the line. The nicest gentleman named Albert gave us the best service I could imagine for fast food. While the store was about to close, he guaranteed us fresh fries and was quick with the drinks. He also gave my mom a free drink just while we were waiting in line since I had one but she didn't. He sounded very genuine and unique in our conversation. He definitely deserves a raise! He is keeping that Burger King in business!
Stopped at Burger King on Manatee Ave in Bradenton, Fl. Stood about 5 minutes and 3 personal did not stop to take our order. Didnât say I will right with you. We walked out as 3 people walked in, mentioned we were not served. Will not stop there again. We went to McDonaldâs and were served there.

That bad experience with the ladies who attended in the place does not have ethics or good treatment to the public, everything else is a Hispanic girl who had worked , please hire people capable of attending to the public as we deserve, especially with respect.

Every time I go here they mess up my order. I order a BACON & SWISS Royal crispy chicken (no lettuce or tomato) and every single time I get a piece of chicken on a bun with NOTHING on it. Iâm guessing the person taking the order just tells the cook âplainâ and the cook takes it too literally. Why would I order the most expensive chicken sandwich sans EVERYTHING instead of getting the one that doesnât come with anything already???

Ordered cookies on the app using points. Waited in drive through line for 15 minutes behind only 2 cars. Get to window and they tell me they're out. Lost the points and waited.
Refused to let me order i drove up the girl wearing the headgear was waving me to keep going then started laughing at me. I never even got to say anything!! No wonder all your stores look out of business your worthless employees dont want to sell anything!

Burger King used to be my favorite fast food restaurant but I got the Swiss burger last night two of them with french fries both of the burgers were cold and weren't even toasted and the french fries were cold and I paid $20 for the two of them. They were almost unedible. Also, about 3 weeks ago I got a couple of Whopper burgers and they were also cold and barely edible so this restaurant is really going downhill I don't know if I'm going to go back again. But..... the servers are always cordial and friendly.

the woman who works the driver through has a terrible attitude and no customer service skills, was extremely rude to my mother yelled at her because she was rushing us through the drive through. she should not be allowed to talk to customers ever again.

Restaurant is clean and well maintained from my impression. They don't allow any still or video photography, otherwise I would have taken and posted pictures. The staff was friendly and attentive, and my order was correct and available when it indicated on the app for my pickup. The food was good. I will definitely return.
