I don’t know who the black kid was in the drive through on Wednesday 10:10pm the night before thanksgiving taking orders but he needs fired! I pulled in to place an order and he literally told me they were closed. So I start to back up and ANother pulls in behind me so I get out of my car and tell her they’re closed. Then I hear the same kid through the speaker say something like he was joking. Why would you tell customers you’re CLOSED AND EXPECT THEM TO KNOW you’re JOKING. Now the lady behind me already pulled out bc I told her they were closed! He wasn’t joking he was being lazy! Zero work ethic anymore! You don’t tell people that you’re closed when you’re not . Have me get out of my car to tell the lady behind me to back up bc they’re closed! And then back in my car only for you to act stupid and say you’re not closed!

Allergic to tomatoes. Ordered my food with no ketchup or tomatoes. Just bit into BOTH first bite. I’d been lenient on this place bc it’s so close to where I live, and up until the last couple months have had no issues. The last couple months though service and food have been AWFUL. I’ve wasted so enough money on items I didn’t get and modifications that don’t happen. Your district and regional managers should be ashamed of themselves. L

Went through the drive-thru. I felt a little rushed, by is that all. But overall, our food was hot and fresh. The order was correct. And they weren’t out of things like the Lockwood Ranch and SR 70 / Ranch Lake Blvd locations. Those are cleaner outside but not great customer service and Hot Fresh Food. And Thank You for not duplicating the receipt so we couldn’t do a survey. Thank you for HOT FOOD!

Lobby was closed at 9:45, waited in the drive thru line just for them to tell me they didn’t have my order. Could have said that without wasting my time and having me sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes….
Went thru drive thru a little after 1pm. Food was hot and fresh and the employees were very polite. I travel for a living and barely go to fast food places because of poor service but glad I tried this exact Burger King 👍
