Bad customer service. They make you feel dumb for asking questions. I never come to BK and I wanted to try something new. The drive through girl had an attitude so I left. Hire better employees y'all.

This is the worst Burger King!!! Are food was cold, literley cold!!! We asked for large onion rings and the filled up the container half way. They did not put wip on the shakes even though I asked them. It's horrible!!! Such a waste of money!!!

Horrible service and food ? honestly don't know how the doors are still open they will go bankrupt and close very soon with food and service like this! Someone should have the owner come order some food and meet the crew! I believe they would be ashamed!

Went through the drive through and ordered 3 sandwiches.

The Wednesday Whopper looks pretty in the picture, but it was poorly put together. But they got the toppings right at least, it was just a mess. I asked for heavy onion, and I got heavy onion alright, nearly half of the onion was on my burger. There was more onion than there was patty (good for me I guess cause I like onions).

The real issue is the plastic we found in the burger. One of the double whoppers was pretty straight forward and we got it and it tasted fresh. However, while eating it, there was a crunch and when we took a look, there's a giant piece of plastic on the burger. I don't know how this got missed, I don't know what was going on that this somehow ended up in the same bin that they use to put on condiments, but something's gotta change in there. There's absolutely no excuse for a piece of plastic to get into the sandwich.

I tried calling a few times to talk with someone about it. Not for a refund or for my food back, cause I'm scared now about what else I might find in my food. I just wanted to let them know. I called 4 times and each one just hung up after being on hold for so long.

I would not recommend this Burger King. Please go to another location while this one figures out it's issues.

The older guy working here was being extremely loud and racist. Even said to me that we need to "build that wall" because he couldn't understand his co workers. Which was ironic because they were more than likely Puerto Rican or Cuban.

As ridiculous as it sounds this is how they treated us, and it was our first time there.

**DO NOT COME HERE** 5417 Lockwood Ridge RD Bradenton, Fl 34203. The incident happened on 8/25/2024 at 10:34am. I was with my family we are a party of 5. We were the first customers there. As we were getting in line to order, the worker is a Caucasian female wearing a black shirt and a headset with a black hat, she did not greet us but, she was staring at all 5 of us while saying under her breath “there’s a lot of people I’m by myself.” This female was very rude and ignorant. We were ordering lunch since it was clearly after 10:30am. She failed to realize that it was already lunch time and not breakfast. She changed her attitude and said the grill was barely turned on. I asked how long would it take and she said she does not know. (First of all, since she is a worker she should know by now how long the grill takes to heat up. She is lacking the effort in her job and giving bad service to us the customers.) I informed her we will wait and asked her to come to the front to let us know when it’s ready so we can order. (The female worker gave me a look as if saying she did not want to attend us in hopes for us to leave.) As a costumer, she should’ve had the grill up and running to take orders even though she was “by herself” if that was even true because how is that our fault!?!! There was NO sign on the door saying something is broken. She should’ve put a sign up saying SHE is not ready to take orders. At that point, just go home lady!! That would’ve saved us TIME and ENERGY for all of us!! We left because she said that apparently the grill is “not heating up.” Again, HOW IS THAT OUR FAULT!!!!!!! Worst service ever!! We are not happy customers! NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!!!
