Horrible service. Wait was more than 15 minutes. Y’all even forgot to add cheese to my brother’s burger and didn’t even give me a straw. Rude. Even when asking for a straw you guys even took your sweet rude time to give us a straw. Unbelievable. Never going here again.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!! This is hands down the most disgusting restaurant. The people that work in the kitchen are disgusting they don't wash there hands or use gloves to handle your food. I've been coming here and each time I've come there's been more and more signs. Beware getting sick as food viruses are definitely a problem in this place. They don't care about the service they provide let alone they don't care how they present themselves. This place is nasty you will find poop on the walls and sticky and dirty floors. I bet there houses look the same way.

The worst Burger King I've ever been to and I have been to other Burger Kings with mediocre service! No matter what time in the morning I go to get breakfast on the way to work always a long long wait! It seems like a new restaurant that just opened up trying to work out the kinks lol.. it's not even a super busy location so maybe that's the problem or it's usually management so I hope they get new management in there because the food is lukewarm and the wait times are always ridiculous.. And to top it off the people at the drive-thru window aren't even that friendly. Get a job that you actually love and enjoy maybe. Little ? smile goes a long way..

I went in to buy an ice cream, the employees were playing and yelling in the kitchen, there was only me as a customer and the employee acted like she was going to spill my ice cream on the other employee and that made me laugh by playing with my food!!!!!!

This store is the worst! Tonight, I was the only one in line, the store was empty. No one answered the buzzer for service, so I went to the window. It took 15 minutes to get one fish sandwich & fries, and that's with 4 people working. Attitude is bad. And they forgot to put the pickles on, which i requested. These people are lazy and totally unprofessional. They should all be fired.

usually at the hour I go for my typical Wednesday night ice cream cone, it's empty. I love it, nice to think about things. the employees probably hate me BUT I do get my ice cream cone almost every Wednesday night around 7:30 and the one lady is always very nice. I believe she is the manager? 5/5 I love coming

Waited 15 min.( Had my kids or I would have left. ) To place order only one girl cooking one lady working counter n drive thru.no other employees at all. Food got to us cold not right. Fountain drinks no syrup, no tea. customers walking out. Trays not washed, food gets placed on dirty tray. Tables , bathrooms dirty. Can’t blame 2 ladies. They can’t do everything. Owner needs to hire workers or get in there n help run it. Or shut it down till he gets help. It’s shame!!!
