Spent over $70. Burger bowl was missing items requested.2 different orders of fries missing Cajun spice we paid for. Burger fi cheeseburger missing tomato and lettuce. Ultimate double bacon cheeseburger was missing a burger!!!! Extremely disappointed. Recent reviews cite repeated errors in orders. There were only 2 couples in the entire store, they were not busy. There is no excuse for this.

Every time I order for pick up, my order is not correct. Something is always missing. I spend extra money for specialty fries and the specific sauce is never in the bag. I order extra cheese sauce and it’s not in the bag either. I order extra toppings on my burger and they’re never on the burger. I stopped coming here for about a year because of this and decided to try again today, to give it another chance. Once again, sauces, sides and toppings were missing. They never check the bags for accuracy. I’ve never seen a bag that states “your order was checked for accuracy by:_____” actually signed by employee. There’s been way too many mistakes over and over. And they’re all the same mistakes. I won’t be back.

There is nothing wrong with the food but it's expensive for an ok burger. There are a lot of topping options, but you can't dress up a thin basic patty. For the price, you'd expect a nice juicy patty. Wouldn't go back

Went here a few times about a year ago, almost always takeout. Wrong every time and would have to go back to get it fixed. Fast forward a year and same story, just left there 1 cheeseburger and 1 bacon cheeseburger. Go figure the bacon cheeseburger is missing the bacon. The person at the counter didn't acknowledge anyone was in the store though there were only about 3-4 people in there besides myself. I watched the order go on the counter, gave it a few minutes, no one announced anything was up to call a number or bring the food to the table number, I had to go up and ask if 49 was ready. Then I get the stare, like ohh you ordered something? I would have sat there til close probably before anyone would have took initiative.
Upset. The new melts (LOVE THEM) but they're supposed to have toasted bread 🍞, right? Well mine wasn't, so I called just to ask if they were supposed to be (I already knew the answer), and of course she said yes and that mine WAS toasted! I didn't argue with her but I have the sandwich in front of me and it's CLEARLY NOT TOASTED!
I really dislike it when you these people don't actually hear what you're saying and just say what it's SUPPOSED TO BE. I wanted to ask her if she prepared it herself therefore she would know if it is or not. Anyway, I'm sure whoever made me a sandwich forgot to toast it, which I get mistakes, but don't tell me I'm wrong!! Aaaarrrgghhh

My family eats here often, and normally have a good experience. However, yesterday we ordered the "Yes Chef" burger and recieved a green spotted MOLDY bun. We didn't realize the burger had mold until about 3 bites in, and alerted the restaurant for a new one. They also provided a $15 gift card, however this led to my family member needing to seek medical attention the next day due to food poisoning. This is honestly such a horrible experience, I don't think we will be back. PLEASE check your food from this location until they figure this out.

Don’t bother. The service was poor, they all acted like they didn’t want to be there and were annoyed when our order was wrong. The food was expensive for counter service. We waited 20 minutes for food. Once we got the food it was cold and bland.
