This place is absolutely disgusting. My husband and I came here on 12/31/25, and the place was beyond filthy. Food crumbs all over the tables, crumbs on chairs, food pieces on the ground. The soda/condiment area’s trash was over flowing, the soda machines had old soda splatters everywhere. The ice machine on the right soda machine does not work. Spilled condiments on the counter.
No one greets you, you had to use a kiosk, which okay no big deal, but the kiosk pops a message saying “can’t find printer” so no receipt.
The guy/teen who brought us our order said absolutely nothing to us and just dropped our food on the table. Literally, didn’t gently put it down, no like intentionally dropped it and just walked away. Same guy did the same thing to the one customer after us who got take out. The take out customer still said “thank you” and the kid didn’t acknowledge, just walked away. — If the employee is deaf than I apologize, but still no reason to be rude in general.
Our burgers were okay, not worth the price but they’re alright. The fries though were completely overcooked. Brown to almost black with salt thrown on them.
While we were eating I saw one employee just sit in the corner, behind the register area to use his phone. I’m sorry, I worked in fast food places, if the restaurant I worked at was as filthy as this place was, I wouldn’t be playing/texting on the phone. If he was on break, he should have been somewhere else, like sitting at an empty table, outside, office area or somewhere in the back, otherwise people would think he wasn’t on break.
I would understand the mess if this place was busy but it was empty when we walked in. There were two guys in front of us. Then my husband and I, and the one guy who got takeout after we placed our order. That was it. There’s absolutely no excuse for everything that I witnessed this evening.

And I left a tip for less than the bare minimum. If I could give less stars I would. How does can a business not provide receipts.

I'm not one to leave particularly mean or disparaging reviews, but today is that day. Generational gaps in common courtesy and professionalism are real. I'm sure managers are normally on site, but today apparently not due to the absolute lack service on our visit. Not that it's extremely important to me, but we were not greeted once entering the restaurant. It was fun standing at checkout for over a minute so the personal conversation taking place between the young staff could finish. Mind you, the restaurant was completely empty of all customers at this time and no other orders were in process. Once the kids realized it was a good idea to take our order, they seems a little inconvenienced we wanted to eat. Food was prepared quickly except both burgers were missing literally all toppings we were specifically asked about. The fries were old and soggy. BurgerFi is already lower tier food option, but the prices are astronomical for the service we received. Man...Sunday's are rough at this location.

Great burgers. Burger fi used to be in Gainesville but got permanently closed. We did self checkout. I had the rodeo burger and my son got the veg-fi burger. We also got 2 drinks and 2 reg fries. Burgers was cooked, the toppings with is was good, and fries were good.

so i walked in, cashier was taking an order, me my girlfriend we were looking at the menu, cashier finish taking the order and head back to discharge the ice cream machine, while i am just waiting to be served… or… order, but not, ice cream machine was more important at that time, so we left, that ice cream have to be perfect to require attention too.

Went in around three o'clock on a saturday. The floors were clean. I came in on the beginning of a rush. The two men behind the counter were awesome. They were quick, thorough and so polite The food was hot and fresh. I will definitely be returning to this location.

This place is really pricey. The Rodeo burger was just okay, not spicy at all and not very flavorful, the chicken tenders were fresh and hot, but tasted like they were fried with onion rings. The shake and fresh cut fries were good, though.

We drove to this location all the way from Apollo Beach on 8/4/2025, as we prefer Burgerfi over other brand. We were very disappointed with the quality of food we have received. Cashier was friendly but have very little knowledge about the food being sold, can barely even answer any question we have. From the time we place our order, it took 18 minutes to get them, and we have order 2 burgers, 2 cry fry, and 2 drinks. The burgers were soggy, the cry onion rings was over done and does not taste or look like an onion ring at all. I attached a picture so you can see what we received.

Nice laid back place to have a consistently tasty burger. They always get the order and toppings spot on and the staff is always friendly and courteous. Family friendly. Will return. Not to mention they do a great job of keeping tables and the place clean as a whistle.
