Christy helped me out yesterday - handled my complex order with a smile, got it out quickly and made sure I had everything (napkins and all) before leaving with my order. Highly recommend and will be back.

I came here for a sub today and the young lady Val took amazing care. Sub was amazing and I was impressed on how clean everything was. What was most impressive Val Making suggestions, kicking butt making sub. They Better be careful somebody’s going to Steal her.

Arrived at 815 pm, doors locked, ignored customers who had pick up orders and was told they were closed. This was my first time to try this restaurant. Sadly will be my last.

I have order a Grilled Italian many times in the past, They put mayo on them several times even though it is not in the description. So as a result I put No MAYO please on my online orders now and it still is happening! My husband won’t eat them that way, so he throws them out. I drive out of my way to pick the order up driving to Palmetto. I do not know why since no one there can read English and/or cares to verify the order is correct. The fact that this has occurred over a half dozen times tells me a lot about the management. This isn’t even the 1st time I’ve complained about it. They corrected the problem on 1 visit and now it is happening again.

Let me tell you I am from New England and I am a connoisseur of cheesesteak sandwiches this is by far the best one I have ever eaten in my life. The absolutely very best of ever eaten and I will be back

Feel like since they opened thier sandwiches have been a bit abysmal. Disapointing because when they first opened the food was great . Picked up food tonight, 3 uninterested teens running the place. Sandwiches were not as full or as good as they were upon opening the place.

What a great place. I was welcomed when I entered, they promptly took my order and got my food to me so fast, which was great because I was on my lunch. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, they answered all my questions, they were so nice. I will definitely be back and recommend to all my friends and coworkers!
