Terrible. DO NOT USE THE APP!!! We’ve been charged twice now while the app says the card was declined. Absolutely no way to get ahold of customer support. Idc how small of an amount it is, there’s a lawsuit coming.

The sandwich was genuinely awful. The food I received was the worst ever and I’m serious. There was nothing to the $9 sandwich. The workers both were annoyed they even had to work and the gentleman spent a lot of time in the bathroom and the walking around. I’m genuinely so confused how they thought this was okay. They put the sandwich like this open….so they knew what they were serving. Wildddddd

There is a working name Victor I want with my kids and he gave the ice to me with unprofessional and rude way. And the ice that they say is one 1$ is like 2.15 with taxes.

Super basic. I could probably make a more flavorful philly at home. Hardly any cheese on the ultimate fries, the boneless buffalo wings were Papa John style if you know what i mean. I dont want to be rude but i was not impressed at all. Which is a bummer because I spent $50. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The one in Monroe is the best. Always great food and great service. Definitely recommend and I will definitely be going back.

Had their food once a while ago, its not terrible, only giving 1 star because i recommend avoiding this place since the walmart its in has roaches.

never been there but someone charged 500 bucks on my credit card from this place on 8/7/25. my bank is disputing it so whatever. but who would steal a cc number to order 500 dollars worth of sandwiches?

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ordered last night. We never received our food! I called their phone 4 times and nobody picked up. I left 3 messages and never got a reply. Called again today and nobody picked up. Contacted my bank. Won't be back.

TERRIBLE ‼️ Charlie's in an effort to save money no longer uses the red seasoning salt (per Countryside mall inside location). They are now only using generic salt and pepper, which takes away the original Phillies cheesesteak that we have all grown to love and enjoy. Prices have been raised and yet quality and taste have gone down. To further prove they no longer care about offering good service, when you call their corporate office number you get voicemail upon voicemail upon voicemail. No one EVER picks up‼️ I can no longer recommend this place nor will I ever be going again. They have lost a 20 year customer that has been going to Charlie's on a monthly basis. TERRIBLE 💔🤮😢
