Not impressed today by any means. My husband will pick up food for us a couple times a month and bring it to us for our son’s hockey. It’s only about a 15 minute drive from this location to the rink. When he got there both of our large fries were like someone had scooped all the little tiny broken pieces at the bottom of the fry container and filled up the containers and put a couple of large pieces of fries on top of it to cover them. The chicken nuggets were almost like they weren’t cooked all the way they were really squishy and weird. Our son wouldn’t eat them. He opened up one of them and it looked red inside. Sweet threw them away. He got a spicy chicken sandwich that he said tasted terrible. We were super unhappy with this. I can’t believe that this is how bad this order was. Below you will see a picture of how our fries looked, this was the whole large container for both myself and my husband with a couple of large pieces of fries on top of it, covering it. Who does this and serves food like this?!?

I’m pregnant and craving sweet tea like nobody’s business, so I stopped by Chick-fil-A this morning. I ordered my usual sweet tea, but when I drove off I realized it was unsweet. Cue the pregnancy sadness 😅
I went back through the drive-thru, and the girl who helped me was truly the sweetest. She had red-ish hair, was very pretty and young, and she immediately ran back inside to grab me a fresh sweet tea. She even gave me a free meal card without me asking. It absolutely made my day.
Huge thank you to her and this Chick-fil-A team for turning my morning around and making my day. Amazing customer service!

I was told at the window to pull around to the entrance to get my food because it wasn’t ready yet. So I followed instruction and pulled up near the entrance, then a worker comes out with my food and yelled at me for not parking in the parking spot. I told them I was told to park here. Then I was given attitude and no “my pleasure”. These workers were all very RUDE. Never going to this location again.

Chick-fil-A is always crowded. The parking lot is very small no place to park lots of fender, benders, and unsafe parking lot good luck looking for a place to park even though you’ll find one right walking to the front door. It is very dangerous very narrow people slip and fall in that area so be careful and the food is terrible that chicken taste like imitation.

This is the second time this week I've gotten the southwest salad here and I've gotten sick from it. Today's was so bad, almost rotten lettuce, soggy, wilted. And it was under the toppings so I didn't see it when I put the dressing on. I managed to pick out some that I did see. Chicken nuggets were dry and old looking. I'm currently curled up in a ball in bed from this salad. I didn't even come close to finishing the salad and I feel this miserable from what little I did have. My husband and I had salad from the same location on Saturday, same reaction just not as bad. I figured it's been a few days, surely the lettuce had to have been rotated... probably not. I wouldn't be surprised if both salads were made on the same day last week.

The food is good but they always serve the smaller portions of chicken at this location. Other locations have chicken that is large enough to cover the sandwich bread. Plus it is extremely busy so the wait can be longer.

Chick-fil-A is my kids’ absolute FAVORITE spot hands down! But THIS location deserves a shoutout. On a chaotic Saturday, the staff somehow wrangles an insane flood of cars and customers… all while flashing genuine smiles. Seriously, take a few minutes to observe the operation when you drop in.
