So I gave a one star because twice already they have given me my order with missing items. I called the first time since I was missing a chicken sandwich I called once I got home and realized it was missing had my boyfriend pick it up for me easy fix. This time today 9/25 I ordered my kids 3 ice cream cones and I didn’t realize it until I pulled off after the lady said have a good day that I was missing my ice cream cones (being a mom and having this hurricane coming had me all over the place) luckily I was still in the parking lot so I pulled back in line. I had someone trying to give me someone else’s order after I told him I was just missing ice cream he said he would let the staff in drive thru know which he never did cause then I had someone ask me what was the name on the order and I said I have my food just missing the 3 ice cream she looked annoyed and said ok then I had someone other lady ask me the same question and then shortly after the guy I originally talk ask again. It wasn’t until he came and asked me again that they actually told the kitchen staff about my missing ice cream. This was truly an annoying experience and for that I will not return.

From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a warm smile and a cheerful "Welcome to Chick-fil-A!" Their positive energy was infectious and immediately set the tone for a great dining experience.
This team member went above and beyond to ensure my order was perfect. They patiently answered all my questions about the menu and even offered some great recommendations. When I decided to try the Spicy Chicken Sandwich, they made sure it was prepared just the way I liked it. Their attention to detail and genuine care for the customers were evident throughout the interaction.
What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to assist. When I mentioned that I was having a rough day, they took the time to offer some encouraging words and even brought my meal to my table with an extra Chick-fil-A sauce, saying, "This one's on me, just to make your day a little better." It's rare to encounter such thoughtful service, and their actions truly made a difference.
In a world where good customer service can sometimes be hard to find, this team member exemplifies what Chick-fil-A is all about. Their dedication to providing an outstanding experience, coupled with their friendly and caring nature, makes them a true asset to the team. I'll definitely be returning to this location, thanks in large part to the wonderful service provided by this exceptional worker.

This CFA has been such a pain. Such a convenient location for a weekly lunch spot. But these prices are no longer worth what they're giving. Drinks are always loaded with ice and hardly any beverage, their signature sandwich has shrunk! And fries aren't even filled past the brim anymore! Paying for a large and getting a small in a larger container. CFA CAN NOT keep getting away with this bs!...
This store on Manatee hasn't been open all that long so will give them grace. Our order was wrong, first time ever at ant chikfila. Will probably go back though. Am sure it was a one off. The store on 14th St was the location we always went to before this location opened. Never a wrong order there.

Very friendly staff. They walk around while you're eating in a very friendly non-intrusive way asking if you need anything ; and will even get you refills of your drinks!!! Highly recommend, such a great atmosphere. Super chill place to eat a sandwich.
