Today, December 19, 2025, around 10:00 a.m., I went to pick up an order at this Chick-fil-A and had a terrible experience.
Two employees laughed and talked about me right in front of me, as if I couldn’t understand what they were saying. It was extremely disrespectful, humiliating, and felt discriminatory.
No customer should ever be treated this way. This behavior does not reflect the values Chick-fil-A claims to stand for.
Management should seriously address this issue and retrain their staff.

During my recent visit to Chick-fil-A, I had a negative interaction with a manager named Amanda. Her behavior was rude, unprofessional, and consistent with previous visits. Being in a management position does not excuse disrespectful treatment of customers or employees (she just kept spying on them). Respect must be demonstrated through actions, not authority. Based on similar feedback from others, this appears to be an ongoing issue that should be addressed immediately, as it negatively impacts the overall experience. This is really sad😢

I went through the drive-thru today, and even though the service was a 10/10 and the workers were very nice, it was sad to see the kids (the ones working drive through) outside with no chairs, no shade, and nothing to help them pass the time in the heat. The managers or what ever they are. Or like the head staff there a skinny (white/hispanic)(not sure what she is) lady and she always has a rude face on looks like she’s mean to the poor workers it’s really sad..

I have gone here twice and both times my order was wrong. 1st time I ordered 3 bacon, egg and cheese muffins and received 3 bacon, egg and cheese biscuits. The second time I ordered 3 bacon egg and cheese muffins and 3 orders of hash browns and only received 2 orders orders of hash browns. That's 0 for 2 correct. Not acceptable. I will not go there again and it would be very difficult to recommend this store
after a long day of work i was extremely exhausted with my two kids and decided to go get some Chick-fil-A for the day. My kids were so excited until some girl with curly hair who is supposed to be working, couldn’t get her name, looked me up and down at the drive-through and I was very upset and she refused to take my order. She looked like she was very angry and she didn’t want to be there I will never forget her face. I was very disappointed and I decided to leave And go to McDonald’s instead I was very disappointed and my kids were too

DoorDash Driver here. Yeah, I know, but bear with... please. I stood there for 2 minutes, as at least 6 employees walked back and forth in front of me. Not a single employee even acknowledged me, or said 'hello' , but continued to walk by..
I could pick out the manager on duty blindfolded, by how much he 'coached' his drive-thru employees, but he didn't acknowledge me once, even though he looked directly at me, and just kept going.

Excellent service. I had a large order Sofia, Marela, Victoria & the rest of the team jumped in to help. Everything was triple checked for accuracy. The food was so good too.

Stopped by today and noticed my receipt showed a Sprite even though I only asked for carbonated water. I’ve never been charged for water at any other Chick-fil-A, so I just went back to ask. Tess said that’s how they ring it up, but the attitude was pretty rough. I don’t mind paying — it was just confusing, and the interaction wasn’t the usual Chick-fil-A experience. Food was ok, but the service missed the mark today. Won’t be coming back to this location.

While riding my bicycle in front of this Chick-fil-a on 11/14/2025, their Chick-fil-a flag next to the sidewalk blew over the sidewalk where I was riding. A hole on the bottom corner of the flag was just the right height where my handlebar end went right into it and it violently yanked me to the ground. It destroyed my brand new helmet (first day using it). I now have road rash on my shoulder, arm, and leg, and my ribs hurt too from the impact.
The only person from Chick-fil-a that came out to check on me was the girl that was taking orders at the drive-thru. She asked if I was ok, which I wasn't as I stood there bleeding and in pain. I told her the cause of the crash due to their flag. She spoke to someone in the restaurant on her walkie talkie. A few minutes later another employee came outside and took down the flag and laid in down on the grass.
I had to go inside to ask for a manager to speak with her (Maribel) about it. I told her what happened and suggested that they remove the flags from the sidewalk area. She just apologized and didn't even take down my information to file an incident report with their corporation, even though it was their flag that caused my wreck and injuries.
Now I have to buy a new helmet, since the impact of my head slamming onto the sidewalk cracked the helmet, and a new cycling jersey due to the fabric getting shredded from the impact on the concrete sidewalk. My cycling shoes got scraped up, but they still work.
