I went through the drive-thru today, and even though the service was a 10/10 and the workers were very nice, it was sad to see the kids (the ones working drive through) outside with no chairs, no shade, and nothing to help them pass the time in the heat. The managers or what ever they are. Or like the head staff there a skinny (white/hispanic)(not sure what she is) lady and she always has a rude face on looks like she’s mean to the poor workers it’s really sad..

I was going to Taco Bell for a snack and realized after about 5 minutes of staring at the crew and trying to place my order in an otherwise empty dining room that I needed to leave as fast as possible.

I'm surprised that the restaurant is still standing and not engulfed in flames. Keep these people away from your food!

The service was slow and there weren't any customers at 9:00 on a Saturday night, however it's new so hopefully they'll pickup the pace. But the workers were very kind and friendly and let me know why it was taking so long, I think it'll improve once everyone gets there groove. Also they're GF buns are NOT worth the extra. Very dry and gross, couldn't put enough sauce to compensate.
