Recently moved to Florida and haven't dined at any Chili's in many years, but assumed it's a national chain so it should be consistent across the board. We used to bring our children to Chili's on Sunday afternoons and always enjoyed anything on the menu. We ordered the Triple Dipper and the Southwest eggrolls were disappointing. Much smaller than I remember, definitely not like the photo on the menu, not stuffed full of ingredients like I remember, and soggy. Even though the order was To Go, they should not have been this soggy. The mini cheeseburgers were well done on the outside, like charred and crunchy, although the center was still pink, which was nice, but the well done outside was too well done. The crispy chicken strips were juicy but tasted like any chicken from any fast food restaurant. Why does every restaurant chain advertise nice portions, fresh food, quality ingredients, and then what you get is the opposite? I can prepare better food at home and I have copied the SW eggrolls recipe from Chili's at home. Perhaps it's time to stop paying the C Suite executives and shareholders zillions of dollars and start focusing on serving better food. With today's prices, I'll keep my hard earned dollars, buy fresh ingredients, and cook at home.

The atmosphere is always consistently Chilis . Although the quality of some of the food items have gone down in recent years. I admit I haven’t eaten here in over 5 years, but was sadly disappointed they changed their chicken crispers from the tempura style batter to breaded/ flour. It takes away what made it stand out from any other chicken tender. It used to be my go to meal.
On the bright side. The endless chips and salsa always delivers

Best chilis experience ever sitting at the bar with Mike!!! I am in town for work and have been to this chilis two nights in a row just because the service has been top tier, the drinks are on point, and the food has been delicious. THANK YOU!!! Keep up the great work!

We had a great time here. Mike was our server and did a phenomenal job. Had some good recommendations and the food came so quickly (less than 15 mins). Parking was easy and overall this is a solid restaurant.

Got the 3 for me special to go on 1/10 and it was so good I got it again on 1/15. This time though they put the 1000 island on the burger even though I requested it to be taken off. When I got home and noticed I called and they were very nice and offered to make me a new one. 5 minutes later I was walking out with a fresh burger. Great customer service. Thank you Chilis.

I had an exceptional experience at Chili's thanks to our server, Lindsey! Despite the restaurant being busy, she was quick to take our drink orders and get us set up. She was also really considerate, letting us know that the kitchen was a bit backed up and our food might take some time, which we really appreciated. It didn't take long at all, though, and our meals came out at a perfect time. Lindsey was not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. The food was delicious, and I can confidently say this was my best Chili's visit in a while. We'll definitely be back, and I’m hoping to have Lindsey as our server again!
