We came here for dinner and the experience was disappointing from the start. The restaurant was almost empty, but when the host took us to a booth, the seat had butter splattered all over it. When I pointed it out, she got annoyed and said, “It was just wiped,” even though I showed her the butter with my fingers. No apology — just attitude.
Our waitress, Arianah, was nice at first. We told her many times that we don’t eat pork or bacon. We asked if the ribs were beef, and she said yes. She even said she checked with the manager. We ordered the ribs to go, and when we got home, we found out they were pork. I called the manager Fred Harris the next morning and he confirmed they only serve pork ribs. So clearly, the waitress didn’t bother to check.

Siri wasn't that great I had the chicken fettuccine and it was awful the waitress didn't ask me if I wanted any desserts or anything she didn't come check up on us she could have been a better server and they were not busy for the price I paid it was awfully expensive for crappy food

My friend and I went to eat here yesterday and had such a great experience! Our server, May, was absolutely amazing—so warm, welcoming, and attentive from start to finish. She even insisted on taking our picture during lunch, which was such a sweet gesture and really made our day. The food came out hot, fresh, and delicious. If you stop by, definitely ask for May—she’ll take great care of you! And don’t forget to try the $6 Good Witch Margarita—it’s amazing!

The bartender that worked 10/22 night shift was rude, disrespectful, slow, and over all just bad at bartending. He literally made me cry. I don’t recommend!!!! They never should have hired him!

Food was just alright, server was very unattentive. He loved making sure my girlfriend and the other girls in the group were taken care of but myself and the guys in the group, he didn't feel like we needed refills or anything. Manager never came by to ask how we were either. At the end, I went to the bathroom and watched him walk out of the bathroom without washing his hands. Disgusting. Will never come back to this Chilis.

We had an awesome experience at Chili’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. We ordered the chicken tenders, the chicken bacon ranch quesadilla, and the Nashville hot mozzarella sticks — everything was delicious! The chicken tenders were crispy and juicy, the quesadilla had the perfect mix of cheese, bacon, and ranch, and the mozzarella sticks had the right amount of spice for a fun twist on a classic appetizer. The service was fast and friendly too. Definitely one of the best meals we’ve had in a while — we’ll definitely be back!
