The atmosphere is always consistently Chilis . Although the quality of some of the food items have gone down in recent years. I admit I haven’t eaten here in over 5 years, but was sadly disappointed they changed their chicken crispers from the tempura style batter to breaded/ flour. It takes away what made it stand out from any other chicken tender. It used to be my go to meal.
On the bright side. The endless chips and salsa always delivers

Got the 3 for me special to go on 1/10 and it was so good I got it again on 1/15. This time though they put the 1000 island on the burger even though I requested it to be taken off. When I got home and noticed I called and they were very nice and offered to make me a new one. 5 minutes later I was walking out with a fresh burger. Great customer service. Thank you Chilis.

I had an exceptional experience at Chili's thanks to our server, Lindsey! Despite the restaurant being busy, she was quick to take our drink orders and get us set up. She was also really considerate, letting us know that the kitchen was a bit backed up and our food might take some time, which we really appreciated. It didn't take long at all, though, and our meals came out at a perfect time. Lindsey was not only attentive but also incredibly friendly, making the whole experience even better. The food was delicious, and I can confidently say this was my best Chili's visit in a while. We'll definitely be back, and I’m hoping to have Lindsey as our server again!

Ordered steak medium. Received this. It seemed the steak was boiled, no sear. I am guessing sous vide which can be great if seared properly. This was not. Had a powderly texture, inedible. Green beans were raw. Took so long for the server to come back nothing was corrected. Issue with drinks not being refilled. Chips were underdone, chewy and oily. Didn't bring fresh ones after being asked. Runners brought food, which is great until no one checks on you.
