We ordered in February 2024 and had a terrible experience with the Bradenton Florida location. Our food was cold to the core, as if it had been in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
And on March 13, 2024 Chipotle Customer service stated we would have our refund in 5-10 business days. Today is April 9, 2024 and no refund. I emailed the same customer service person 4 more times last week and twice this week, with no response from him.

I ordered the steak cilantro bowl the steak was very bland no taste at all today. I couldn’t eat it. What a waste of $$
