My burrito was folded in half like a taco and I got sauce all over the bag cause there was no lid on the bowl they put my burrito in, which led to ants before I even got home. Most horrible experience I've had at a chipotle. Id appreciate a new burrito.

Huge Hair in my friends burrito bowl and a piece of plastic (1inch long) from what appears to be a twist that’s used for a bag of bread in mine. Threw out my burrito. Awful.

Everything gets a zero from me the workers were incompetent and I don’t want to be rude but all the meat was empty and looked disgusting they didn’t understand anything me or other customers said. And had us sit on the side for ten minutes because they messed up a transaction and continued to still charge us for extra guac after waiting ten minutes for them to figure out if they charged us twice I won’t be returning and I want to speak to someone about a refund.

1. When my friend was ordering he asked for double meat so the pork and the employee didn’t wait for him to finish talking and scooped a mound of chicken instead. When he said he really wanted the pork they just looked at him and offered him to pay for triple meat…. Mkayyy. That’s not good business. Not to mention the pound of rice, like… do better. Measure. 2. The chicken was so unbelievably spicey neither of us could even eat our meals. It was so spicy it’s like someone made it too spicy on purpose. I’ve never had chicken from chipotle this spicy and I’ve gone to chipotle a lot.
Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

Everytime I order mobile order something is missing from my order. This time my bowl is missing sour cream and tomatoes. Last time I paid 6$ for guac and didn’t get ANY. Whoever is working mobile pickup has a severe overlook to detail and lack of consideration for customers. 9/11/25 2:30pm.
Yaknow, I work too. I get this for my lunch break. Do better… so disappointing .
