If you or your child have a gluten sensitivity or allergy don’t order here. We ordered a gluten free pizza and they gave us a gluten pizza and was stating it was gluten free. I can very clearly tell the difference between gluten and gluten free from the first bite. They were very dismissive when I informed them and did not offer to give my money back or remake my order, even tho I would have refused for them to remake my order because they clearly don’t care about their customers heath. I got my money back but that is not going to fix my discomfort and the long term damage it has done to my body. BE CAREFUL.

The environment here for kids and adults is fun for everyone! Lots of different games as well as an added jump area for kids for $10 extra dollars! I have 3 children ages 10, 7 and 5 and we usually do at least one birthday here each year! The staff is the only downfall unfortunately. I received emails for my 7 year old bday to get free stuff and extra time as well as free cotton candy but they wouldn't honor that....

They know what's on the menu like the back of their hands and they make the food and pizza fresh from scratch not like those pre-ordered frozen pizzas you see and eat at other pizza places.
Kid-friendliness: The staff is friendly and kind, they do their best in cleaning the floor when kids make a mess, clean tables after the guest has left or when the guest gives permission to clean their table, they take out the trash fast and cleanly in order for us not to over fill the trash cans, and always have time to fix/ troubleshoot games that have problems from kids playing to roughly or just being kids :))

Chuck E cheese where kid can be a kid! Remodel has done wonders for the aesthetics. Seems like Chuck E cheese is gone to the 21st century with all new digital wall screens and a interactive floor. The trampoline area is quite small for $10. And the food is not that great but there is at least something to munch on. My kids enjoy it there's not a whole heck of a lot of games but maybe 35 40 games to play.

Very expensive considering most of the machines are non functioning. The tables were dirty, floor filthy and salad bar had melted ice and fruit flies zooming and landing on ingredients. We spent 73.99 for 37 min of playtime. Jumping area closed off. And kids running around and jumping on top of game machines. Just horrid!
I visited tonight for my nieces 4th birthday and the staff was phenomenal. They went out of their way to really celebrate her special day and make us feel extra accommodated. The establishment was clean and well kept and the kids were having the time of their lives.
The staff was so friendly, and helpful. Anything we needed, they were right there. I highly recommend this place for birthdays. Huge shoutout to the employees for making the day so stress free & fun for my fam.

Fantastic renovation! We've been there quite a few times recently, it's always super clean, staff are so nice and helpful, the games are fun! All of us always have a good time 💖
Vegetarian options: Salad bar tasted better than I expected and once I dished up I couldn't finish everything 💕 Their fries and other vegetarian options all are pretty good!

Very thankful awesome place today is my son birthday and let me tell you I did not book he’s party 24 hours before because of personal stuff my husband went to talk to the manager and the general manager explained why we did not book on time I’m very thankful for them and the whole staff who made he’s special day happen they had one spot open and worked with us I definitely recommend you visiting here Aidan wants to thank all you staff for the awesome birthday he had thank so much.
