Kids birthday party was a hit. The staff were very helpful setting up and keeping time frame. Of course kids and adults had fun playing the games.

It was great!

This place has changed so much! Some of the games were not working, the chuck E Photo Booth was also not working properly. It’s way overpriced & the games are so rigged, you only win 1 or 2 tickets each time you play. I took my sons and I was really disappointed, the jumping area is a joke! $15 per child is insane for such a small area.

The minute we stepped in the door nobody was friendly didn’t smile when I said hello. They glared at me. I immediately left with my son and decided this was not the place for us to come.

Just had my sons bday here. Staff was great, food was fresh and tasty, kids had a blast. It makes me happy to see Chuck doing well at his age.

Today is our son‘s third birthday and we are so thankful that we chose to spend the day at Chuck E. Cheese’s! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and really went above and beyond to make his birthday magical. This is so nostalgic for my husband and I who enjoyed playing arcade games along with our son! They have a wonderful selection and I highly recommend enjoying what this arcade has to offer. Thank you Chuck E. Cheese team for making it such a great experience!

My first arrival to this Chuck E. Cheese the girl at the counter with the braids looked like she would rather be ANY place else rather than here. I let her know that it’s been a while since I’ve been here and wanted her advice on what was best to go with for my three kids, and she proceeded to sigh heavily over and over and just told me to “just get whatever”. So I decided to go with credits. I asked about socks since I saw bouncing. “Thats extra.” Ok that’s fine. I pay, As she’s rushing me along she hands me the 3 cards socks and wristbands and I asked about the stretchy bands for the cards and she said “That’s extra”. Well ok, I would like to have those.. she never asked and I didn’t know. I just said I’m assuming I buy the food inside then? “Nope you buy it here”. Ok, so I pull my card out yet again and need to buy food too.

I was like there is no package or anything to make this More cost-effective because by this time I’m $140 in. She said well if you would’ve bought all of this at once, I could’ve given you a deal but I can’t now. What? I told her that I still haven’t even left the counter yet that it is the same sale. I needed all of this to begin with she just never asked and I had to ask. “Sorry nothing I can do.” So confused I just pay and move on. I get to the soda machines to fill the drinks and the only thing available is soda. My kids don’t drink soda, the lemonade, pink lemonade, and Sobe life water was all out so I go up to the front counter and I asked them to refill any of those and loudly they’re screaming from the back that they’re all out and laughing. So now I paid for a drink and have to drink water because my kids and I don’t drink soda.

On top of it all, I go to take my son to the restroom and all the toilet paper is out and we have to wipe with paper towels. When I let them know the toilet paper was out, I was met with eye rolls and attitude. So after spending $140 here this was our experience and it really should have been a different one. I gave two stars because the place appears clean and new. The staff needs work and need training to offer products especially for those who are new or not familiar like I was. They are absolutely losing money because I would have bought more than I did had she helped a bit more and I’m certain others have felt the same way.

As a New Yorker I came here and had a wonderful experience with my family. Came to Florida and my sister took us to chucky cheese and as a 37year old I had a blast and stayed till closing. The staff gave us free cups and was so helpful in choosing our package. I Left here wanting to come back . Also took a Photo Booth pic with my hubby and did some tik tok dances by the big screen. Highly recommend

Took my grandson and did the hour of unlimited play. He had a good time but its definitely geared towards younger kids. They even have a small are for toddlers.

Absolutely terrible experience at this place. The staff was extremely rude and unprofessional, making us feel very unwelcome from the start. The tables were dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly between guests, which made the whole environment feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. For a family-oriented spot, I expected at least a minimum level of cleanliness and decent customer service, but instead, it was the complete opposite. The overall atmosphere was chaotic and unpleasant, and it’s definitely not a place I would recommend for kids or families. I will never be coming back.

Chuck E. Cheese in Bradenton is a fun spot for families, especially if you’re looking for a place where kids can be entertained for hours. The arcade games are well maintained, and the prize counter has plenty of options that kids get excited about. The play area is clean, and the staff keeps a good eye on things, which helps parents feel at ease. The pizza and snacks are pretty good for a family entertainment center, and everything is served quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful, especially during busy times like birthdays. It’s a great place for kids to let loose and have fun while parents can relax knowing everything is taken care of.
