The Ice cream here is not bad, it’s extremely rich and sweet so not my favorite. But the worst part was hair being cooked into my waffle bowl that I ate all my ice cream out of. When I broke the waffle bowl, there was hair in it everywhere. Unacceptable and I would’ve gone back for a refund Had I not already been far enough away heading back towards St. Pete. Disgusting but at least their items are fresh I guess

My first experience with Cold Stone Creamery, and they didn't add my add-ins. But they did charge me. Called delivery person, but they didn't answer even though I saw them receive the call. Website and DoorDash say it will be handed to me. Obviously it wasn't.

The worker completely messed up my order. She barely mixed the ice cream — all the almonds, Oreos, and gummy bears were just left on the counter while she scooped only plain ice cream on top. Then she threw half of it into the trash and handed me something that looked like it wasn’t mixed at all.
Terrible service, zero effort, and complete waste of money.

Edit. Was great. But the last few times getting milkshakes, they have been 1/4 empty. The workers are too lazy to go back and get more ice cream to fill. They clearly do not know how to do their job.

My first time here with friends. I liked my mangonade ice cream. I didn’t like that my friend asked for butter pecan but it tasted like coffee. She thought it tasted off and asked one of us to taste it to confirm the flavor. We told the staff and the guy said that was butter pecan even though it looked darker that pecan. So she asked for a different flavor and they charged her for it. The guy who charged us felt bad for charging us but I guess he had to. We could hear the staff arguing about it. One of them tasted it and found out it was definitely coffee sitting where the butter pecan was suppose to be and butter pecan sitting where coffee should be. If the guy had tasted when we told him, instead of insisting that it was butter pecan, then it could have been solved correctly. Plus not charging her for someone else’s mistake. Does it make sense to charge someone for another ice cream when the first doesn’t taste right? We only stopped here cause one of our friends suggested it since we all wanted ice cream. If I ever have ice cream from Cold Stone again it will be a different location. I really liked my mangonade. Too bad the first experience was bad.
Not as clean as it used to be and mine tasted frost bit. Also, the napkins are super cheap and I couldn’t get enough to clean up. The girls working there were very nice

Friendly staff but they have no idea what they're doing. 2 separate orders, 2 separate low quality dishes. First one was a doordash and I just didn't receive any toppings I paid for. 2nd order was in person and they were mixed together poorly. Ended up eating globs of peanut butter.
