The workers here are so helpful and patient.I always come here for vanilla and sprinkle ice cream and it tastes so rich in flavor .Yes cold stone is pricey but as the saying says..you pay for what you get ,definitely worth the price!

We were immediately greeted by smiling staff and were patient while my daughter tried 3 flavors before deciding. Icecream is fantastic and a big thank you to Zachary for going above and Beyond when my daughter needed a lid to go, but the ice cream was in the car so he personally walked outside to find the right size for her, which was very nice

Dirty tables. No place clean inside to sit. Trash on the floor behind counter. Staff did not process rewards points before charging. Gave wrong size of order.

Ice cream good but stop with the stupid tips. Your payment system is set up such that I'm supposed to pay 20% for good service. At $8 for a cup of ice cream it kind of seems like you could afford to pay your employees for the good service they provide without me having to kick in an additional 20%. The worst part here is that the service is always good, but apparently you only pay them for mediocre service? Management problem. Figure it out.And DO NOT respond to my review with anything besides, "you know what, our staff is excellent, we are going tocompensate them accordingly."

I got the Love It size with cake batter ice cream and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and my man got the Love It size, two ice cream flavors, which were Butter Pecan and Mint with white chocolate chips. I remember going to Cold Stone Creamery a lot as a kid, and have a lot of fond memories of them and their ice cream. First time I've been to one in 25ish years. Was nice. The one girl looked bored, and the gentleman didn't wear gloves, but had a good experience nonetheless.

A great place for a sweet treat of ice cream or sorbets in which you can have alone, or you can mix in things such as nuts, fruit, cookies, brownies, and such. You can have it in a waffle cone or cup. If you like milkshakes, they can do that too. Service was fast and the staff friendly.
Bad attitude, melted ice cream, horrible customer service, I won't be back again

The place was packed for ice cream day but they were very efficiently moving patrons through the line and my mobile order was fulfilled quickly. There was an issue with my app reward but I’ve been assured it will be sorted out.
