We had a fantastic experience at Compass Bar & Chill -- thanks to our wonderful server, Cindy. She was incredibly friendly and hospitable, making us feel right at home from the moment we sat down at the pool area. Cindy promptly took our drink orders and brought them with a smile, then followed up to take our food order. Everything—from the delicious fish tacos to the perfectly cooked quesadillas—was spot on. She checked in to make sure everything was to our liking, and her attentive service truly stood out. Five stars all the way!

ASK FOR BROOKE! SHE IS MOST AMAZING!!!!! GREAT DRINKS! And we had a crowd of people! She was so laid back and cool! We came back again today and asked for Brooke. She never ever disappoints! Makes the best vodka tonic with a splash of cranberry. So enjoyed our time here!

Beautiful resort. Great breakfast. Clean rooms, bright spacious lobby and bar area. Friendly staff. Great for pups. Alyssa at front desk was great as was the bar staff who kept my purse safe after I forgot it on my chair. Highly recommend!

Cindy brought great banter, however she had way too many tables and guests and take care of us in a timely manner. I charge that to management and not Cindy. I think she did her very best. Took us a long time to get silverware, water etc.

The employees by far are all super Sweet and always greets us like we are in a resort far far away .
The General Manager is always walking around greeting guests and making sure everyone is taken care of
Big Red (Cindy) works the pool and makes sure we’re all taken care of as it gets very busy she still holds it down we will all be coming back from the NC Mountains in a few months and we can’t wait Thank you for making our stay memorable

Its a resturaunt in a hotel. Stote bought salsa, chips, ect. Service was mehh. I would recommend you go somewere else and get better food for the prices the charge.
