Tiny walk in place, one way in, one way out, no place to remain indoors. No visible signage. A few outdoor tables so your ice cream melts faster than you can eat it. 5.00 for a kids size 1 scoop. Small marina parking lot next to it. Maybe 12 flavors. Another company makes the ice cream. It's in cardboard tubs. The covering over the seating is gone so you sit in the blazing sun. Not fun for ice cream in the heat. Ice cream was soft from the case. Butter pecan was ok, a little grainy. Disappointing.

My daughter and I tried to go inside but the door was locked. We both tried and even a gentleman that was sitting by the business also tried and wasn’t able to. I know it was open because there were customers inside along with the employee. The employee and the customers saw us trying to go inside but were ignored. We saw that there was another door so we used it to go inside. The employee asked if we came in through the exit. I explained that the entrance door was locked and she proceeded to say I was lying. She was very rude and we decided to leave without purchasing anything. I will never return to this place due to how horribly we were treated. This seems to be a common issue with this place according to other reviews.

The ice cream is good. But the bright “OPEN” sign can be misleading. Several times now, during regular hours, we have found the door locked and a small sticker that says “Be right back!”. Tonight we waited. Fifteen minutes later, the attendant returned. By which time I was irritated. “How was your break?” I asked. “Needed a restroom break”. My suggestion to management: have your attendant estimate his/her return time: “Back at 6:15 pm”. Much more client friendly.
This was the absolute rudest service I have ever received in FL! We stopped in today with my family and I couldn’t believe how nasty the girl was that was helping us. She was over the top annoyed by any question you asked her. When we inquired about toppings she pointed at where they were written and told us “you can read them”. When I pointed out how utterly rude and nasty she was she replied “you expect me to read the toppings for you”. And that was how she treated us with any question. This is the first time I can ever remember that I didn’t tip because she was so nasty. The ice cream was so-so at best…… absolutely not worth the abuse. I recommend you find any other ice cream shop!!
