Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Cracker Barrel used to be my favorite comfort food go to but the food quality and customer service have declined. When I was asked if everything was okay and I said “no the soup was horrible” I just got a blank stare not even an I’m sorry let alone a manager visit. I’m done!

Our server Ludy was excellent. The atmosphere is very loud, but there are a lot of customers.

The food was delicious as always. The service was very slow on getting me a refill on my coffee as my meal was almost finished before I last seen my server to get a refill. The atmosphere is always top notch. I enjoy the atmosphere and food every time. This was just the first the service could have been better, The service is normally top notch too.

Parking: I take the bus. So parking for me is no issue. But there looks to be plenty of parking spaces available. I just have to cross a busy street but usually have no issues.

There was no wait to be seated. The food was delicious! Checking out was a breeze. Everyone was super nice! Love coming here! Always so much to see, with great sales!

The food could have been better and they needed more servers on on Thanksgiving but who doesn't love the Country Charm of Cracker Barrel and I could spend hours inside that gift store alone. Lot of people go there for their homemade chicken and dumplings but they have so much homemade good food I really recommend them

I highly recommend the pot roast! It is now available every day on their menu! The mate is so tender and delicious! Also the service staff, I think her name was Carol, was fantastic. The service was quick and she was very caring! I love this place!
