Sit-in service was excellent. People were friendly and dining area was very clean. First time at Culver’s and we were pleasantly surprised since fast food is not our preference—cheeseburgers were tasty but lacking a bit in pickle coverage according to my wife :-), fries were hot and salted to perfection (loved em), and we closed out our visit with two flavored sundaes…I had vanilla frozen custard with salted caramel and crushed snickers and I almost died from the “yumminess” …yep, we will be back. //john

First, I love Culver’s but this location specially has gone downhill. Went to just get an ice cream and almost 30 minutes later I was still waiting in line at the drive thru. All the people ahead of me started leaving their cars and going in to get their stuff. They had not even made mine yet when I left my car also and I walked away with a cup of ice cream soup instead of a concrete mixer. Severely understaffed and those kids looked stressed and overwhelmed. Shame on management for subjecting these kids to this nonsense. They were literally running trying to work and manage broken machines and angry customers. I won’t be back.

Pull up in the drive-thru, No cars in front of me, ordered just a regular chicken sandwich and fries. After cars pulled up and left with me still without my food I went inside and ask for my money back. No apology No hey we're waiting on fries. That's when I noticed the counter and the average wait time is under 4 minutes and mine was red at 14 plus minutes. I like Culver's but will not come back to this location.

Been voted on several best fast food restaurants sites as the best. Especially the Alaska Cod either as a sandwich or dinner as by far the best anywhere, it is cooked to order. To me it is better than real fancy seafood restaurants. The butter burger is also rated the best. The menu has lots of options, grilled chicken sandwich, pot roast beef sandwich, grilled Reuben melt, salads, corn dog, the onion rings are great and have sauces to add to everything.
