All I can say is in the last two months, the food quality has gone down hill and service. I have spent a lot here and they don’t care. I will find another location. They have the wrong people cooking. I think a 6 yr old could do better.

Waited over 30 minutes for a single order. I then got fries and no sandwich and waited another 10 while watching everyone get their order before mine. Whoever was working drive through on December 15th needs to be moved elsewhere. Completely unacceptable

I’m actively waiting for a singular chicken sandwich in the drive thru, there were 2 cars ahead of me…IT’S BEEN 40 MINUTES SO FAR. Worst Culver’s I’ve been to by far.
The chicken on the salad I ordered was the worst! It was spongy and didn't taste right. Since I went through the drive through, I didn't try it until I got home. The wait at the drive through was also wsy too long, before but especially after ordering.

I stopped going here due to the food being served cold whenever I get it from the drive thru. It’s been months since I’ve eaten here and was hoping for a change, nothings changed. The food was cold and looked thrown together. I just threw it all away. This was definitely my last time eating at any Culver’s restaurant.

I'm a Culver's fan for a long time. Have eaten at them all over the country. This was the most disappointing meal I've ever been served. From the start I felt like we were a nuisance after the noon rush hour. It was 2:30 and not very busy. I understand why! My order was not cooked to order. My deluxe bacon cheese burger was cold and the cheese wasn't melted. The one strip of bacon was burnt and dead. The Fry's tasted like rubber and my drink was flat. No catsup available at the station and no salt available except if you ask for it. Which put the server out. My wife's fish sandwich was thrown together and also cold. Her cheese curds ( her favorite) where over cooked and like rocks. This is NOT Culver's Quality or service. Needless to say I won't be back to this facility again. I can see from other reviews this could be a normal occurrence. Very disappointed!!!!
