Was the best burger (mushroom and Swiss) that I've had in a very long time. It was also the best banana shake that I ever had! It's a bit pricey, but all fast food is these days and I'd rather pay an extra few dollars on something that's worth it than drop $20+ on something that's not and that I cannot even finish! I ordered a salad and asked for no tomatoes and cucumbers, and there’s still cucumbers on my salad which I’m allergic to and there’s no cashews and I ordered a cashew salad. And now I’m calling up there trying to call and the phone is disconnected. No one‘s answering..

Not sure who the woman on drive thru was today at 2pm but she was so rude. The whole time she was taking our order she was rushing us along and completing our orders before we got to finish, assuming we want cokes instead of letting us order our own drinks, telling us the total before we were done ordering, when at the drive thru we asked her to read it back (because we knew we were missing things we ordered) and she tells us the total again. She cuts us off when we ask for a drink that was missing on our order. Not a very pleasant drive thru experience. The young ladies customer service skills were lost as she was focused on moving the line along rather than getting orders correct and letting the customer finish their sentence. The food was great quality as always, was just missing a touch of hospitality

Had never tried Culvers but was really impressed. This is how fast food should be. Everything cooked to order, great burgers, very good chicken, fries, cheese curds. Feels like a bit of a throwback to how fast food used to be and should be - quality over everything. McDonalds this is not.
