Wow what a great Drive thru experience. Was just driving by and decided to grab a burger. Wow the Culver's Bacon Deluxe with Crincke Fries was the best. Very good choice. And also decided get the flavor of the day double strawberry. What a slam dunk. Definitely will have to stop by when I'm in the area again.

ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE!Ordered a concrete and pretzel bites. Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes. Saw a car that was 4 cars after me get their order. Went inside to ask for a refund. The "shift leader" could care less about the bad service and basically gave me a refund to get rid of me. No apologies or explanation. Only thing positive I can say is at least they refunded me

One of few fast food places I will go to. Food usually not bad but I had Ruben and it was very greasy. Fish is usually good. Take survey on receipt and get free ice cream! Pretty clean but our booth had a disgusting piece of food on and it was only booth clean.

Food was prepared exactly as ordered.. The staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The food was delicious I ordered the pretzel bites with extra cheese They were hot fresh and absolutely amazing! Definitely ordering me again along with many other things on their menu.

Ordered in store because the drive thru was backed up. After waiting twenty minutes I saw the car I would have been behind pass the window. After watching the orders go out to the drive thru I realized they were prioritizing drive thru orders. Ultimately I waited in the lobby over a half hour and never received food so I got a refund.

Worst Culver's I've been to. Food was awful not even fresh frys old hard ones. Didn't get none of the sandwiches right. The only thing pleasant about this experience was nice older gentleman who brought out the food .
