I normally love this place but I didn't get what I ordered. I asked for vanilla ice cream and toppings but saw chocolate on top, and was told that's the way it comes.

I’ve been coming to Dairy Queen for many many years the menu has changed incredibly since then however the classics are always a memory for me just reading the menu banana split, parfait, dilly bars, and blizzards it’s always a joy to see what’s new it’s very exciting. I’m in love with the parfait and can’t get myself to choose any others, I did today I decided to try a red velvet blizzard it sounded taste and you bet it, delicious. This Dairy Queen seemed to be very well maintained there were photo framed pictures over the restaurant with interesting things about the brand. The staff were welcoming and friendly. I received a free dilly bar for completing a survey about my visit which was a steal! I then noticed the buster bars and went down another memory lane I had to get a box I’m on vacation ice cream ice cream we all scream for ice cream.

If I could give 0 stars I would!
Let me preface this with the young lady working the register (short hair, very sweet) was absolutely amazing, welcoming, and probably saved her “claiming to be the district manager” from having my Sunday thrown at his head!!! She notice I was taking my food Togo and asked me if I wanted a lid for my Sunday, which she promptly brought: Kudos!
Here comes the problem, I met my friend who was watching my daughter for me there to do kid swap! They had already eaten and had been there for at least 45mins. My daughter wanted a blizzard so I ordered one with my meal and when it was time to go we realized that she would be taking it in my friends brand new car. So I asked if I could have the same Sunday lid they gave me to sit the cup in to keep the ice cream from melting onto my friends seat! It’s Florida and 83* in February! The first employee young lady looked at us like we were crazy so then Mr. Johnathan Johnson pops around and says it’s against protocol to give a Sunday lid for a blizzard. I explained we were not capping it but rather putting the cup inside to keep the car safe. He still argued with me and literally refused to give me a 2¢ piece of plastic! After spending $40 between both families I am flabbergasted that they couldn’t part with a lid protocol or not! We were not trying to put a lid on the cup and regardless if we were, it should have been, yes ma’am, here you go!!
He proceeded to argue with me, and told me he was not only the General Manager but the District Manager when I asked for a card, he gave me the one pictured! I don’t know how this man is able to manage a restaurant breaking the number one hospitality rule (The Customer Is ALWAYS Right)! Not to mention he has his nasty long unkempt hair down working around food and beverages. Protocol in any restaurant is you keep your hair tied back into a ponytail so that it doesn’t end up in someone’s food!! Health department needs to pay them a visit as does a higher up manager. I am so very disappointed and disgusted, we will never spend another dollar in this establishment. It was as easy as parting with a Sunday lid!

It was SO HOT. Not super busy around 2-3 pm. Staff was nice until they were asked for a lid for the blizzard, specifically the dome lid they put on sundaes. Since the blizzard was still going to be eaten in the car. Apparently that's an issue for them. 10/10 don't recommend.

Ice creams came out great... ordered quite a few and they were out within a few minutes tops. Just don't understand why this location doesn't require uniforms. Usually at least a company shirt um no complaints staff is helpful and friendly

OMG. People are incompetent and slow as molasses - at least everytime I've been at the drive-thru. Have no idea about any other people's experience except for who was in front and in back of me at those times. Food...a little above average of McD's and ?$$$$ and other than it being TEMPORARILY satisfying on a hot day it's far from good quality. Sorry DQ & DQ on St Rd 70 Bradenton (do better)

We were the only ones here and our blizzards were more like soft serve cones. If she had held them upside down never would of made it
