I Was at the drive thru for 15 minutes waiting For someone to responde and apparently no one would answer, I drove up to the window and finally a lady came out and said she didn’t hear me at the speaker, I proceeded to order and I told her I wanted my meals large and when she was giving me the drinks they were small and I told her that I wanted everything large and she said she thought I said small, I then told her that I would pay the difference if she could upgrade them and she left me there waiting, finally another man came out and said they couldn’t upgrade my drinks I asked why and he said that they don’t do that. I was very upset and he didn’t even care! Really bad customer service in this place, will never go here again!

I have been here several times for peanut buster parfaits and other ice cream treats. Aside from one runny milkshake, which they apologized for and replaced with a proper one 👍, I have been very satisfied with the quality and service of this location. Their peanut buster parfaits never disappoint me. 😃

Ordered blizzards online for pickup and they only had ice-cream in cups , no pumpkin pie pieces and oreo blizzard and no oreas.. disappointed

So extremely disappointed. For my takeout order, they made and put up the ice cream before hot food. Why? Then I asked for lids and was given attitude. And Apparently they leave it to the customers to figure out how to get a flat lid on a blizzard with ice cream heaping 2 inches over the top and sides. I wasn’t attempting that. At least I was given a drink holder from the cashier upon request, as I checked my bag and realized there was no sauce. No one from corporate was concerned with remedying the situation after I explained that I was left to have to clean a gross, sticky, mess out of my car and then deliver the melted, sticky mess and cold food to my guest, who I was embarrassed to even present this to. I am appalled at how much things have gone downhill here.

Came in on August 9th 2025. The people greeting us were so rude it was crazy. Like they were mad we were here. Service was horrible. Had to ask 3x “is this my order?” Just attitude in every direction. Never coming back

I go get food at 9:30 and the lady tells me they close at 20 minutes. Meanwhile the sign says 10 o’clock on the door. My food service sucked. They didn’t even give me a drink tray to carry four drinks. This place is ridiculous. Don’t go there it’s a waste of your money and time and effort

Never again will I order from this location. Ordered a simple dessert at the drive thru. Got home and started eating it, and discovered it had salt in it. Not salty peanuts, just salt. Took it right back and had to listen to a manager tell me it was the peanuts. I know the difference between salty peanuts and salt mixed with ice cream. The clincher was watching a young worker see me come in to complain, then walk off laughing. They know what they did and thought it was funny to screw with someone's late night order. Never set foot in that place again, and will spread the word.
Started to file a complaint with DQ headquarters, but they wanted receipt information. Order #, sales, cost, etc... I would have provided this had the order taker given me a receipt at the window. pretty convenient, I guess.

DQ is not what it used to be. They need to go away for good. My blizzard had microscopic pieces of reeces. I asked for more, they refused until I asked for a refund. The place is worn out and dirty. Employees are rude. Look at a picture of a blizzard and you see the toppings. None in mine.
